Kit Fit - Hello and Welcome to Kit-Fit. My name is Grainne Fogarty and I have worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 5 years. I have always been involved in Sports and Fitness, playing Squash and Racketball for 25 years as well as doing circuit training twice a week in one of the Premier Racquets..... My love of dance started at a very early age and I went to Constance Grant School of Dance in Sheffield from the age of 5 to 11 so when I discovered Zumba in 2010 it was fantastic to rekindle my passion for dancing as a way of keeping fit. This led to me do my training for my teaching licence for Zumba Basic in 2011 and then on to Zumba Gold in 2013. I then passed my Exercise to Music Certificate in 2014 which also includes muscular strength and endurance. This qualification not only allows me to teach aerobics but also the use free weights in my exercise programmes for clients and in classes.
