Responsible for managing 7 persons and administration of 22 Windows NT servers; Help Desk for over 400 users connected to network; all network functions; all troubleshooting and hardware/software repair; building and installation of all PCs and servers to include hardware and software; installation and fabrication of all LAN/WAN cabling and associated equipment; evaluation of new software programs. Involved in all hardware and software purchases. Maintain and repair all printers, facsimiles, PCs, servers, etc. Manage projects. Administer E- Mail. Support payroll/HR. Write operational procedures. Manage sophisticated building security system. Manage complete telecommunications facilities.
