Our goal is to provide a safe water supply protecting public health. This became more relevant in 2020 when our country was hit with a pandemic. The main focus we were told at this time was "wash your hands, wash your hands....."... Luttrell-Blaine-Corryton Utility District provides water service to around 3,600 customers. We operate 3 water plants, 14 booster pumping stations and maintain around 240 miles of distribution piping... Our goals are to protect public health, meet the immediate needs of our customers and provide planning to ensure that future needs will be met while maintaining comparable fees and rates that will ensure the financial integrity of our system.
