Alex is an experienced environmental project manager with a demonstrated history of working in the wastewater industry.
Alex has project managed the land application of 65,000 tpa of Sydney Water biosolids and has been involved in the Shoalhaven Water biosolids program for the past 10 years.
Alex was previously a Production Officer at Sydney Water's North Head STP.

Experience: 14 years
Ben has worked within organic waste reuse from when he was an undergraduate. He has specialist skills in GIS, soil sampling and analysis, lagoons survey and environmental assessments. Ben completed his honours thesis Assessing Aspects of the Effectiveness of Biosolids Application and Soil Incorporation at Wollongong University. Ben also undertakes operational duties and is qualified to operate an excavator, front end loader, bobcat, grader and has his marine boat licence.

Experience: 25 years
Matt is Loop Organics Regional Manager in the Hunter Valley maximizing the organics processing at the Ravensworth Composting Facility and producing custom made composts for mine rehabilitation programs and biosolids land application. Matt's experience includes Health, Hygiene and Environment Manager with Pacific National and the development of resourcing of risk-based science driven programs.
Matt is an active member of the Australian Organics Recycling Association.
Qualifications:
Associate Diploma Civil Engineering
Experience: 38 years
With over 38 years in the water industry, Michael has accumulated a raft of experience in the management and delivery of major civil engineering projects. Michael is currently assisting Standards Australia in the preparation of the ISO Guidance Document on Thermal Treatment of Sludge. He is the immediate past chair of the AWA's Australian and New Zealand Biosolids Partnership Advisory Board, and a past chair of the Vic Water Biosolids Task Group.

Master of (Applied) Environmental Science
Rebecca is an active participant in the biosolids management field, including regularly attending AWA biosolids conferences and workshops.
