Brothers Harry and Sam Lerner began purchasing apartment properties in 1964. Harry Lerner is the President of Lerner and Company Real Estate, a property ownership group, and two of Sam's sons, Gary Lerner and Mark Lerner, have assumed management roles. Mark is the managing member of Lerner Residential, LLC.
