MADELINE BEY

I started my career as a graphic designer in 2009. I love typography, print, graphic design, problem solving and coding. My passions led me to become a UX designer... Over the past 10 years, I have been driving engaging products and experiences across various industries and products, including e-commerce, design systems and web, mobile & enterprise applications. I have built and led UX teams and advocated for a more prominent place at the table... My prior work experience has revealed how important it is to be a part of a highly collaborative and diverse team. I naturally thrive in that type of environment as I find that it yields the best results. Through my experiences I have found that I am not only passionate about good design, but also how efficiently the design process is utilized across the company. I became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist to be able to aid any sized team/company in lean agile practices.
