Bobbie Madura

Bobbie Madura has been a member of the McGivney staff since the school opened in 2012. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Education, then went on to pursue her desire to become a School Counselor by obtaining her Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling from Bowie State University. After graduation, she worked with the Department of Defense Schools in Europe then in elementary and middle schools in Florida before returning to the Metro-East area. Mrs. Madura is active in the American School Counselor's Association, the Illinois School Counselor's Association and American Psychological Association. She is a past president of the Southwestern Illinois School Counselor's Association. As Student Services Director, she hopes to help the students grow in their faith, develop goals for the future, and become the person God has created them to be.

Bryan Conner

Bryan Conner graduated from Murray State University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in History. He grew up in Edwardsville, and joined the McGivney family in 2018. He currently teaches US History and Civics. In his free time, Mr. Conner enjoys playing guitar and hockey. He is excited to be a part of the McGivney team and to teach in our faith-based community. Carrin Daniels

Carrin Daniels is a passionate educator with 15 years of teaching experience in Spanish. Carrin's thirst for knowledge led her to seize the opportunity to study abroad in Mexico and Spain. As an educator, Carrin's commitment to her students' growth goes beyond the classroom. She believes in the power of experiential learning and often takes her family, friends, and even students on exciting travel adventures. She is blessed with a loving husband and two wonderful children who constantly inspire her to be the best version of herself. She looks forward to an incredible school year at Father McGivney.

Christina Edwards

Christina Edwards has been teaching Spanish for over 15 years and has experience in public as well as private schools. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a concentration in Spanish and German from Heidelberg University in Ohio. Mrs. Edwards also has a Master of Arts in Spanish with an emphasis in literature from the University of Northern Iowa. She has lived and studied abroad in Spain, Mexico, and Germany. Through as much language immersion in the classroom as possible, she hopes that students will build confidence to use their Spanish skills with others and learn more about Hispanic culture. Mrs. Edwards is thrilled to be a part of the Father McGivney family! ¡Vamos Grifos!

Cory Clouser

Dani Boulanger

Dani Boulanger is a graduate of Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, where she received her Bachelor of Music Education and minor in Theology. Ms. Boulanger was also a member of the 2nd graduating class from FMCHS in 2017, making her the first alumna to return as a faculty member. She is the director of Concert Band and Concert Choir, and she also teaches Theology III (Sacraments and Morality). A participant of the music program herself -- in fact, the first student to complete all four years in both ensembles! -- her goal is to grow a program of prestige: fostering musical excellence as well as encouraging the growth of life skills such as communication, leadership, responsibility, and professionalism. Ms. Boulanger serves as the Works of Mercy service program coordinator, overseeing service hour completion and organizing All-School Service Days, and sponsors Book Club, Liturgical Choir, and Father McGivney's brand new a cappella group. She has served in several roles outside of FMCHS, such as a Missionary Team Leader with Catholic Mission Trips, music director for several community theatre productions, and accompanist and cantor for her home parish.

Mrs. Scheller has 25 years teaching experience at Sts. Peter and Paul in Collinsville teaching 7th and 8th grade Theology, English Language arts and Social Studies. She is a certified teacher for 7th -12th grade Social Studies, earning her degree from St. Louis University. She integrates her Catholic Faith in all areas of her life as a mother of two daughters, loving wife, and servant to the church. She serves her parish and the culture of life by serving on a variety of committees at Sts. Peter and Paul and has experience chaperoning the March for Life 3x's. Mrs. Scheller also has experience coaching volleyball at the middle school, high school and collegiate level. Her experience and strong Catholic faith will benefit our students, staff and school culture tremendously.

Jeff Oller

Jeff Oller came to FMCHS after several years at St Boniface School, where he served as Athletic Director, P.E. teacher, and coach. In addition to Athletic Director, Mr. Oller has served as the girls basketball coach since 2016 and also the strength & conditioning teacher. He is a native of Lincoln, IL and earned his Bachelor's degree from Illinois College. He graduated from Missouri Baptist University with his Master's degree. He is a member of Illinois Athletic Directors Association and the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association. Mr. Oller and his wife, Danielle, reside in Glen Carbon with their son Archie and daughter Avery. He is excited to be a part of a rapidly growing school and athletic program that are building complete students in mind, body, and spirit.

Jeremy Kovarik

Jeremy Kovarik was born and raised in Waterloo, Illinois. Following fifteen years of Catholic education from preschool through high school, Mr. Kovarik continued the tradition by attending Saint Louis University, where he studied secondary education and English. During his time at SLU, he was a member of the Club Swim Team, and served as Vice President of the School Spirit Committee. Mr. Kovarik joined the McGivney family in 2015. A year later, he met another new teacher, Ms. Megan Caperton. Soon after, the two began dating and fell in love, and in August 2020, they got married. The couple had their first child, Henry, in December of 2021. In addition to teaching English and senior Theology, Kovarik also sponsors the Scholar Bowl team and the Celtic Crew Spirit Club. Jeremy is proud to be a member of the Father McGivney family. He considers it a true honor to work with "the greatest team ever assembled." Go Griffins!

Jill Beltramea - CFO

Jill Beltramea joined FMCHS in 2017 as the Business Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the school and its business operations. Mrs. Beltramea graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Marketing from the School of Business. She and her husband Stan are parishioners of St. Boniface and have four children, Noah, Amelia, Maria & Allison. Jill loves being able to combine her faith and work while serving the McGivney family and mission.

Joseph Lombardi

Joe Lombardi grew up in Granite City and attended Granite City High School. He earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Loyola University Chicago and benefited greatly from the liberal arts education this Jesuit institution provided. After working several years at the Shedd Aquarium as a dolphin trainer and at the St. Louis Zoo in education, Mr. Lombardi found his calling to be an educator and earned his teaching certificate and Master's in Administration from SIUE. Mr. Lombardi started his education career as a member of the Belleville West Science Department for 18 years teaching Biology. He also served as the Science Department Chair for 12 years. He was then blessed with the opportunity to become the next Principal of Father McGivney Catholic High School in 2017. He is thrilled to be a part of a dynamic, student-centered, faith-based learning environment provided by Father McGivney. Mr. Lombardi and his wife Christy, are the proud parents of Benjamin, Anna, and Max and are blessed to be parishioners at St. Boniface in Edwardsville.

Joseph Siemer

Joseph Siemer is a native of Teutopolis, Illinois. He graduated from Quincy University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in history and theology/philosophy. This will be his first year of teaching, and he will be teaching freshman theology and sophomore world history as well as being the assistant track coach and chess club sponsor. Mr. Siemer is a Knight of Columbus, and is especially excited to be teaching at a school named for Fr. McGivney. Aside from teaching at McGivney, Mr. Siemer also works as the young adult ministry coordinator at St. Boniface Parish in Edwardsville. In his spare time, he reads, picks the banjo, and plays chess.

Laura Mannisi

Laura Mannisi has more than 30 years of classroom experience teaching math. Ms. Mannisi joined the McGivney faculty in 2017. She currently teaches HAlgebra 2 CPAlgebra 2, and HPrecalculus Honors and CPPrecalculus . She has one son, Matthew and a grandpup Caddie. In her spare time she likes to play golf, pickleball, and anything to do with water.

Lindsey Jones

Lindsey Jones is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a graduate of Webster University with a master's degree in Human Resource Management. After traveling the world with her husband Jason, during his 20 years in the military, they have "retired" here in Edwardsville, close to Lindsey's hometown of Hillsboro, IL. Mrs. Jones has two sons - Sawyer and Cooper. She joined the McGivney family in April 2017 and is so thankful to work every day with the best students, teachers, and parents!

Margaret Dorgan

Maggie Dorgan, a 1998 graduate of O'Fallon Township High School, is pleased to be part of the English Department at Father McGivney. She graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 2002 with her BME and began her teaching career in Columbia, Illinois, where she taught for 13 years until she began working at Father McGivney in 2015. In 2022 Mrs. Dorgan graduated with her Masters in Curriculum Development and Instruction from McKendree University. Mrs. Dorgan and her husband, Peter were married in 2005. They have two children, Amalia, who was born in 2008, and Nathaniel, in 2011. They are active members of St. Nicholas Parish, where Mrs. Dorgan has been attending mass since 1989. Mrs. Dorgan enjoys being part of McGivney's spiritually-nurturing and academically-rigorous environment and is committed to being a positive and encouraging influence in the lives of her students.

Mary Campbell

Mary Campbell received her bachelor's degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and her Master of Fine Arts from Washington University in St. Louis. She has been married for 23 years to Brad Campbell, and they have two children, Thomas who is 21 and Nathan who is 18. They are members of Ss. Peter and Paul parish in Collinsville. Mrs. Campbell began teaching at SSPP in 2002 and still teaches there part-time; Mrs. Campbell joined the McGivney faculty in 2013. It has been an awesome experience. She is very proud to be a part of the McGivney family.

Megan Kovarik

Megan Kovarik graduated from McKendree University in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Social Studies. Mrs. Kovarik joined the McGivney family in 2016, and she now teaches World History, Consumer Economics, and Geography. She co-sponsors the Drama Club, and serves as the assistant director for the Spring Play. Mrs. Kovarik and her husband Jeremy (a fellow McGivney teacher) have a one year-old son named Henry. Megan loves sharing with students her passion for learning, history, and her faith.

Richard Mertens

Rich Mertens received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from SIU-C and later received a Master of Science in Education Administration from SIU - E. Mr. Mertens started his career in education in 1990 teaching mathematics at Belleville West. He later served as mathematics department chair, assistant principal, and associate principal before finishing his career at Belleville West as principal for the past eleven years. He retired in 2023 with 33.5 years of educational experience in the previously mentioned roles. Mr. Mertens looks forward to impacting students in a positive way by sharing his passion for mathematics. Mr. Mertens is grateful for the opportunity to finish his career in education the way he started, by teaching mathematics and making meaningful relationships with students. He lives in Millstadt, IL, with his wife Jodi and son Austin.

Rick Noll

Rick Noll has been the maintenance director of McGivney since July of 2015. He helped with final preparations to get the new building opened in August 2015 and now is responsible for maintaining and supervising the cleaning of the building. He has worked in the school setting for over 30 years as a custodian, a maintenance technician and now as a maintenance director. He and his wife live in the country and have two married children.
