Cheryl Kiley - Founder

As a founding partner of Fairmount Benefits, Cheryl seeks to understand her client's unique culture and organizational goals. In a world of increasing workforce challenges, we've reimagined employee benefits to help clients achieve new levels of control, collaboration and confidence. Cheryl's leadership within the consulting and brokerage services, is one of innovation and proactively anticipating employer needs. Previously, Cheryl served as a Senior Benefit Advisor with Megro Benefits which she joined in 2001, where she specialized in advising national & regional clients across a variety of industries. She co-founded Fairmount Benefits in 2020, acquiring Megro as part of a larger strategy to enhance and expand benefit services for a broader marketplace. Cheryl's leadership within the consulting and brokerage services, is one of innovation and proactively anticipating employer needs. Previously, Cheryl served as a Senior Benefit Advisor with Megro Benefits which she joined in 2001, where she specialized in advising national & regional clients across a variety of industries. She co-founded Fairmount Benefits in 2020, acquiring Megro as part of a larger strategy to enhance and expand benefit services for a broader marketplace. Cheryl began her career in the carrier setting of both medical and pharmacy management with PCS and Aetna US Healthcare. During her tenure at Aetna US Healthcare Cheryl was a district sales manager for South New Jersey & Delaware. Cheryl is a member of the United Benefit Advisors, National Association for Health Underwriters, Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters, and The Chester County Human Resource Society. She received her B.S. in Marketing from West Chester University and is a Registered Health Underwriter and self-proclaimed wellness "guru". Cheryl currently resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania with her husband Jim, and their three children.

Dan Yannarella

Dan Yannarella joined Fairmount Benefits in October 2021 in a Business Development Position, where he strategically implements employee benefit solutions for business owners and helping them attract, retain, and reward employees. Prior to joining the Fairmount Benefits team, Dan spent over 5 years working as a financial advisor for MassMutual. Originally working with individuals, families, and pre-retirees, in 2018 he transitioned his focus to the Worksite Division which focused on voluntary benefits for large businesses. Over that time, Dan has developed a strong understanding of business owners and their employee's needs. Dan's top priority has been exceeding client expectations through long term relationships and providing attentive service. Out of the office Dan loves to golf, root for Philadelphia teams, and spend time with family and friends.

Jessica Manion

Jessi joined the Megro Group in November 2018 with experience in Sales, Client Management and Marketing. As a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Jessi started her career at EMC Corporation and later moved into the insurance industry with Highmark BCBS of Delaware. At Highmark, Jessi managed small and large employer clients directly and through intermediaries. While at Highmark, Jessi attended Villanova University and where she received her Master of Business Administration degree in Management and Marketing.

Kristin O'Neill

Kristin joined the Fairmount Benefits team in July 2021 as a Benefit Data Specialist. She has over five years of experience in customer service, administrative support, billing, and data management. Kristin's main responsibilities are focused on supporting account managers helping to maintain the client benefit portal. Kristin is a graduate of Colorado State University and is currently attending West Chester University for her master's degree. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Megan Longo

Megan joined the Fairmount Benefits team in September 2022 as a Client Service Specialist. She has over ten years of experience in customer service, enrollment and data management, administrative support and onboarding. Megan's responsibilities will include servicing clients in the enrollment process as well as helping to manage claim issues and supporting the account managers. Megan is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her five children.

Mindi Vogel

With more than 25 years of employee benefit experience, Mindi advises employers on all aspects of health and welfare plans including, but not limited to, plan design, managed care, benefit funding methods and compliance issues. She has an extensive background in managing employee benefit programs for a wide variety of industry categories, including education, technology, manufacturing, professional services, among others. Mindi began her career in 1987 at US Healthcare. For 14 years, she held numerous positions in account retention, new sales and management. After the merger with Aetna, Mindi managed a team of Key Account managers, working with many of the larger employers in the Delaware Valley. Mindi joined The Megro Benefits Company as a Benefits Advisor in 2001 where she specializes in building competitive benefit plans for emerging companies and university student groups. Mindi received her B.A. in Psychology from Penn State University. She is a licensed Health and Life Agent and Self-Funding Certified. When not spending time with her family and friends, Mindi spends her time volunteering, reading, working out and shopping.

Ronnie Beth Stanley

With more than 20 years of experience across the entire landscape of employee benefits, RB is one of the most recognized and respected benefits experts in the region. As founder and co-CEO of Fairmount Benefits, she helps clients navigate the new complexities of the modern workplace, achieve new levels of control, collaboration and confidence. A seasoned industry leader, RB takes an active role in overseeing all the day-to-day consulting and brokerage services, developing new strategic services, and leading new business development. Previously, RB served as Senior Benefits Advisor with Megro Benefits which she joined in 1999, where she specialized in advising the firm's regional and national clients across a variety of industries. She founded Fairmount Benefits in 2020, acquiring Megro as part of a larger strategy to enhance and expand benefits services for larger corporate and non-profit clients. She previously served as a senior benefits advisor with Radnor Benefits Group where she specialized in designing and developing innovative self-funding structures and cost-control alternatives. She began her career on the corporate side of benefits, serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for 11 years with Aetna US Healthcare. A sought-after speaker and expert, RB regularly publishes insights and articles on controlling health care costs and the use of effective strategies in benefits management. She has been a panelist and speaker on healthcare issues at regional and national conferences as well as corporate and leadership venues. Ronnie Beth is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, an avid golfer, and enjoys a good game of paddle tennis. Born in Philadelphia, she currently lives with her family in Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Siva Reyna

Siva Reyna joined Fairmount Benefits in February 2021 with experience in Payroll, Hospitality and Customer Service. Siva holds 6 years of experience in hotel management and 2 years of experience in payroll, human capital management and pre-tax health benefits. During her time in the payroll industry, Siva became dedicated to providing businesses small and large with integrated solutions for employee management and retention. Her key strengths are in team leadership, relationship building, and increasing customer loyalty. As Account Manager, Siva navigates clients through the renewal process by providing insight and analysis of the healthcare marketplace, negotiating renewal proposals and taking lead on employee presentations and communications. In addition to this, Siva also provides day-to-day support for clients helping them to ensure compliance. Siva is actively involved with a dog foster/rescue organization and in her free time enjoys reading historical fiction, traveling and cooking.
