Annya is a passionate advocate for equity and focuses on building spaces and cities that serve all citizens. Annya received Bachelor of Architecture in Environmental Design from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University. She is an active leader in the community, serving on boards of The Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation, The Sato Project, The Clemente Center and the AIANY Honors Committee.

Edna has been published in the Docomomo Journal and the Re-View magazine of Tulane University. Héctor is a registered architect with over 20 years of experience in development, project management, planning, and design. He has held leadership positions in corporate and governmental organizations. As Development Director at the Puerto Rico Land Administration, he led a team of professionals in the disciplines of architecture, engineering, property appraisal and contracting officials, focused on promoting private and public project investments and developments. His experience as an architect, management and property administration includes hospitality, medical facilities, affordable housing, educational, industrial, and corporate complexes, among others. As Senior Architect and Project Manager, he collaborated on the Roosevelt Roads Naval Base closure and redevelopment master planning. Héctor is currently a Director at Marvel Architects, and President at the American Institute of Architects, Puerto Rico Chapter. Jason joined Marvel Architects in 2015. He is a licensed architect in the State of New York and has a background in residential, mixed-use, cultural and high-rise design and construction. His experience has been widespread, with work in the US/Canada and internationally. Jason has 20-plus years of experience in architectural design, project management and construction. He has a Master of Architecture from The Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation at Columbia University and a BS-Arch from The University of Michigan. As a designer he has been privileged with the opportunity to engage the built environment at multiple scales; from iconic skyline impacting high-rises, cultural facilities and national monuments to the occasional private residence. His work as a project manager has involved balancing complex project planning, multiple stakeholder management, and public review processes at the city, state and national levels with the goals of maintaining design excellence, inclusivity and efficiency. Jason was the lead in coordinating the design, documentation and tender of the National Holocaust Monument in Ottawa, which involved the organization of architectural and engineering disciplines with artistic and academic contributions and the requirements of federal project procurement. In NYC, Jason has managed multiple projects at the Intrepid Sea Air and Space Museum adapting and transforming unique historic spaces to help the museum grow and evolve to better fulfill its mission. Domestically and internationally, he has worked on half a dozen mixed-use high-rise projects and understands the balance of real estate development goals with the need to create responsible, sustainable, and livable urban environments. At Marvel Jason has had leadership role in the design and construction of several high-profile mixed-use projects including Plank Road at Pacific Park, the 1 Clinton Condominiums in Brooklyn Heights, and 1 Java in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

For over 18 years working with Jonathan Marvel, Nebil Gokcebay has played a key role on a wide range of Marvel Architects' residential projects for developers and private clients. As a New York native, Nebil is familiar with the agencies that make buildings in this city come to life. With a drive to seek out and resolve complex problems through simple and direct solutions, Nebil has used his experience with architecturally intuitive detailing in numerous designs for renovations and new construction. He worked on the award winning 14 Townhouses and the second phase of the same urban renewal project, 9 Townhouses, and is focused on working at the livable scale in relation to its urban context. Currently he is leading design for the second phase of a Brookfield Commons, a multiphased masterplan to bring an additional 400 affordable apartments to the City of White Plains. Yadiel joined Marvel in 2017 as lead of its landscape architecture practice, where he has been in charge of managing open space, master plans and landscape projects. He has over 13 years of experience as a landscape architect and three as an architect, designing open public spaces in the United States, Puerto Rico and abroad. Through his experience as a multidisciplinary designer, he has negotiated the intersection between landscape architecture, architecture and urban design. He has managed projects in diverse contexts and at various design scales, taking ideas from conceptual design all the way through construction. He currently manages Bronx Point, the ninth WEDG-verified project in NYC, a waterfront promenade project along the Harlem River in the Bronx that extends Mill Pond Park, creating a new nature walk framed by renewed native ecosystems as well as open access and views to the water. Yadiel is also leading the improvement of Norris Square Park, a multipurpose site in North Philadelphia. Yadiel oversaw design and construction oversight of the first-ever open streetscape and park along the Las Vegas Strip, bringing back native desert vegetation and local materials to the streetscape of Las Vegas while keeping its sense of wonder and excitement. He also led teams of designers and consultants through the design of public parks in San Jose, CA; for the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento, CA; and for Pier 57 Sky-Park in New York City. Zack began his work with Jonathan Marvel in 2009 and has contributed to a wide range of projects, many with a focus on the performing arts and theatrical spaces. He is a licensed architect in the State of New York with experience in architectural design, project management and construction. Zack's projects have been widespread, with work in New York City, NY State, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Maine. After receiving his Master of Architecture from Parsons, The New School, Zack's early work with Jonathan Marvel involved various projects for the SandRidge Energy Corporate Headquarters in Oklahoma City. The projects include a multi-block urban corporate campus, historic façade renovation of existing landmark structures on site, a site shade canopy, and envelope and façade design for several buildings and the design of the main corporate lobby. Zack was project lead in coordinating the design, documentation, and project management for the TheatreSquared Redevelopment Project in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Zack also served as the project architect on the historic renovation and conversion of a nineteenth century Tobacco Warehouse in Brooklyn Bridge Park into an avant-garde performance space for St. Ann's Warehouse. In addition to his commercial and theatrical expertise, Zack's experience also includes coworking, retail, multi-family residential, and hospitality. As a designer he has been privileged with the opportunity to engage the built environment in a manner that extends the impact of projects beyond the building footprint to benefit the greater communities they are a part of.
