Since 2003 Mid-America Food Sales has specialized in buying and selling surplus food ingredients and finished goods. We purchase overstock and distressed edible ingredients and raw materials as well as retail and foodservice (finished) products from food manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, or any company that has a need to liquidate excess inventory. Our nationwide network of buyers includes distributors, manufacturers, closeout/discount grocery store chains, food pantries, and prisons. We also supply the animal feed industry when edible sale is not an option.
