Services including but not limited to: All ADL's, light household duties, bathing and grooming, dressing and undressing, meal preparation and feeding, medication reminders, functional transfers, safe restroom use and maintaining continence, ambulation, memory care and stimulation (Alzheimer's and Dementia).
