Hayley Forman supports Courtney as our Deputy Manager and is a long-standing member of the Mon Ami team, having joined us as an Apprentice over twenty years ago! Throughout her time with us, Hayley has worked her way up from Apprentice to Qualified Nursery Practitioner, to Senior Nursery Practitioner, and now to Deputy Manager. She is a real asset to our team with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, as well as a great commitment to providing children with the support and confidence to achieve.

Our Nursery Manager, Kristina Johnson, has been a dedicated member of the Mon Ami team since the very beginning, in 2002! Kristina's qualifications include Early Years Professional Status and an honours degree in Children's Nursing. With her extensive experience in childcare, Kristina is highly knowledgeable and passionate about all aspects of children's development. Kristina has endless ideas for opportunities to support and promote each child's individual developmental journey.
Our Senior Nursery Manager Kristina Johnson oversees all our settings. Kristina has been with us since we opened our first nursery in Swineshead in 2002; she holds Early Years Professional Status and has an honours degree in Children's Nursing.

Sharon Baker supports Kristina as Deputy Manager and has been with us for many years. Sharon is a passionate and enthusiastic member of our team, with a real commitment to creating a positive atmosphere and providing the very best learning opportunities for the children in our care. Sharon is currently away on maternity leave, and we are very much looking forward to her return in November!
Wendy Barlow supports Courtney as our Deputy Manager and is a long-standing, established member of the Mon Ami team, having joined us over twenty years ago! Wendy is a friendly and enthusiastic member of our team, working closely with Courtney to explore new ways to support and promote each child's unique developmental journey.
