Anna joined the board in 2016 after serving three terms on the Framingham Union Grants Panel. She is the Chair of the Board. Before retiring in 2014, she spent 23 years with the Framingham Public Schools, most recently as the Director of Family and Community Engagement. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the MetroWest Nonprofit Network, and as a consultant to the New England School Development Council. Anna holds both a B.A. and M.S. from the University of Albany, and an Ed.D. from Boston College. She is a resident of Framingham.

Carol joined the board in 2017, after serving as a member of the foundation's Leonard Morse Grants Panel. She serves as the Clerk of the Board. Carol is a consultant to the medical products industry in the areas of regulatory affairs, quality assurance and pharmacokinetics. From 2005 to 2014, Carol served as a member of Board of Selectmen in the Town of Natick. Carol holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University at Buffalo, and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of California, San Francisco.

Claire Levesque

Claire recently retired as the Chief Medical Officer for Commercial Products at Point 32 Health. Prior to joining Point 32 Health (Tufts Health Plan), she held leadership roles in group practices, community hospitals and long-term care facilities. A resident of Needham, Claire joined the board in 2022. She holds a B.S. from Michigan State University and M.D. from the University of Vermont School of Medicine.

Gillian serves as Vice Chair of the board. She joined the foundation in 2022. She currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Point32 Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts Health Plans. Prior to joining the health plan, she was in private practice specializing in healthcare. She is a former member and chair of the Framingham Board of Health. Gillian received a B.A. from Yale University, a J.D. from Duke University, and an M.P.H from Harvard Chan School of Public Health. She is a resident of Framingham.

John joined the board in 2017 and currently serves as the foundation's Treasurer. He has over 15 years of experience in portfolio and quantitative analysis within the financial investing field. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Boston University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University. He is a resident of Framingham.

Kate Baker

Kate serves as Research Analyst for the foundation and is responsible for analyzing current policy and programmatic research and data in key areas important to the foundation's strategic initiatives. Prior to joining the foundation Kate was a Program Manager in Professional Development and Postdoctoral Affairs at Boston University. She also worked at a community health center where she helped clients enroll in health insurance coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Kate holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bentley University and a M.P.H. in Biostatistics from Boston University.

Kathleen joined the board in 2017. She currently serves as a Psychologist at the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in Worcester. Much of her work focuses on new immigrant populations and refugees. Phillip became the foundation's President and Chief Executive Officer in early 2024. Prior to joining the foundation, he was the Director of Community Investments at Point 32 Health Foundation where he led their community engagement and grantmaking strategies. Phillip was program director at Community Catalyst, Inc., where he directed the Roadmaps to Health Community Grants program funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Phillip also worked as director of grantmaking for the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation. In 2010 he was named a Terrance Keenan Fellow in Health Philanthropy by Grantmakers in Health. He holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont.

Rebecca Donham

Rebecca serves as a Senior Program Officer of the foundation. In this capacity she is responsible for initiatives that improve the capacity of area organizations to provide health services and in the monitoring of grantee effectiveness. Rebecca coordinates the foundation's Health Leadership Program and the biennial MetroWest Adolescent Health Survey. Prior to joining the foundation, she served as Program Officer at the Crossroads Community Foundation in Natick, Massachusetts, and Program Associate at Associated Grant Makers. Her career also includes development positions at two nonprofit organizations in Philadelphia. Ms. Donham received her B.A. from Haverford College, and M.P.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rebecca holds both a M.P.H. and M.S.W. from Columbia University, and B.A. from American University. In 2016, Rebecca was named a Terrance Keenan Fellow by Grantmakers in Health.
