Living the dream Ben started his guiding career in 2018 and has already shown he's a natural. Born and raised locally in the area Ben has been hunting with his father since he was a young fella and has many miles under his belt. With his easy going nature the young pack horse is showing New Zealand Safaris clients what a true hunting experience is all about through his local knowledge and love of hunting and the outdoors.
An added bonus, he spent some time working for a taxidermist so you can be assured your trophy preparation and skinning is in the best of hands.
Susie is based in the US and assists with the business operations side of New Zealand Safaris. She's planned family and group hunts, is excellent at making sure are clients are well prepared for their trip to New Zealand. Troy first hunted with Jim back in 2006, and has been back multiple times now for different species. Today Troy has become a good friend, highly trained outfitter and a great representative in North America for New Zealand Safaris. As a professional guide in the U.S., Troy knows the industry well and helps Jim during the busy hunting trade shows in the U.S. With his experienced knowledge of New Zealand hunting and tourism, he helps our clients with a lot of questions like bringing guns into New Zealand, flights, and what to do after the hunt and where to go.
