Notable Plantings is a small, energetic landscape design and maintenance company run by Judith Byrns and a crew of five. Judy earned a BA degree in Resource Management with an emphasis on Landscape Design from the University of Wisconsin. She has over 30 years of experience, always in the field, and has an enviable list of clients and projects to her credit... Using a palette of native, high altitude, drought-resistant flora, Notable Plantings designs are models of functional, environmentally-sensitive landscapes. We believe in using the materials at hand-rock, rain water, and naturalized plants blended with ornamental flowers that will thrive at high-altitude... At Notable Plantings we love working with clients, architects, home owners associations, and contractors, (and Mother Nature), to bring the essence of Colorado to your landscape.
