Amabel Santelices is a compassionate registered nurse with an extensive nursing experience in skilled nursing facilities, mental health facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. She is a strong leader who believes in servant leadership and well-regarded nurse executive with an in-depth knowledge of quality management and nursing administration. She advocates nursing advancement by bridging the gap between nursing practice and business concepts and leveraging health care organization growth opportunities while improving quality nursing practice and quality patient care.
Amabel Santelices earned a degree in Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Leadership in Health Care Systems at Grand Canyon University. She has also completed a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) post-graduate certificate program at National University. She is a currently pursuing a degree in Doctor of Nursing Practice.
Amabel Santelices is an active member of American Association of Director of Nursing Services, American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination, American Nurses Association, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and Philippine Nurses Association of America.

Gary Slaton, LMFT, LPCC joined our leadership team in January 2024. He brings over 20 years' experience, in the behavioral health arena. He has previously worked within residential and outpatient settings and most recently in private practice. He also has 16 years' experience within a supervisory role in various settings, providing strong leadership, program development and staff development. His experience and expertise will be a good addition to the Pacific Grove team and we are happy to have him.

Jocelyn Aleiadih, MSW, LCSW, is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined the team at Pacific Grove Hospital in October 2023 as the Director of Clinical Services. She earned her Master's in Social Work and has over 10 years of experience providing leadership, program development, psychotherapy and counseling services in inpatient psychiatric facilities across the country. Throughout her career, Jocelyn has worked compassionately with adults and adolescents struggling with a wide range of mental health challenges. We are happy to have her as part of the Pacific Grove team.
