Aleisha (Leish) is a Traffic Management Consultant here at Parrallaxx. With 5 years industry experience, she specialises in TMP's - from consultating to facilitating.
HEAD OF SPECIAL PROJECTS Andrew Young Andy has been with Parallaxx for almost 10 years and has recently transitioned into the role of Head of Special Projects. In this capacity, his focus is on driving innovative initiatives and overseeing strategic developments within the company. Andy has spent many years providing consulting services to clients and eventually formed and led the professional services department. His passion for seeing people grow and develop remains a key value, and he is excited to continue supporting others on their professional journeys through his new role.
Angela is a Stakeholder Coordinator at Parallaxx, responsible for TMP submissions, reviews, and coordination for TMP approval. She builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration. Additionally, she ensures that all TMP operations adhere to NZGTTM standards, ensuring compliance and safety in all projects.

Drawing on her experience as a Design Team Leader, she manages a range of TMP projects, further enhancing her skills and expertise. By collaborating with clients, designers, and stakeholder coordinators, she ensures the professional delivery of TMPs and TTM services tailored to each client's unique needs.

Arianne Manzon
Arianne is a TMP Designer and is a member of the Parallaxx design team.
Arianne is a Registered and Licensed Architect.
Ashlee-Rose (Ash) is the Finance Manager here at Parallaxx.
Bea is the Area Manager for the Parallaxx offshore office as well as the HR manager. As our longest serving offshore employee, Bea is a conduit for the management team to the offshore office and a key part of our dispersed workforce culture. Bea is also a qualified Architect and Master Plumber.
Ben is a Training Consultant here at Parallaxx. He joined the industry in 2010 and is a TTM Assessor, TTM Mentor Trainer and Level 1 TC/STMS Trainer. Ben oversees all aspects of Parallaxx's training and delivery.
Ben has a Bachelors Degree in Teaching and Education. He was heavily involved in developing the Training ad Competency Model and played a key role pushing NZTA and Connexis together to develop the NZ Certificate in Temporary Traffic Management.

TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR Catherine Reubal Cath is a part of the Training Admininistration team here at Parallaxx. She coordinates and manages various aspects of the training programs to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for participants.

Craig is the Senior Principal Consultant at Parallaxx with a team of 6 Senior Consultants and 6 Technical Leads.
Craig comes with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Craig has a wealth of practical knowledge and experience. His forte is in specialist design, including Barrier, Geometric design, Tendering and Management of larger, more complex projects.
Dave is one of the Parallaxx founders and serves as the Chief Executive. He leads the Parallaxx Team and aims to deliver on the company strategic vision and ensure Parallaxx remains at the cutting edge of everything Temporary Traffic Management.
Although he is respected as Parallaxx' Chief Executive with all the work stuff, he also finds joy in the little things like discovering new electronics, recipes for healthy food, carpool karaoke and genuine meaningful coversations with anyone whos interested.

Elise Freeman is the Chief Operating Officer at Parallaxx, bringing extensive experience and impressive qualifications in Temporary Traffic Management (TTM).
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Law, along with multiple Level 5 certifications in adult teaching and contract management. As a certified TTM trainer and assessor, Elise manages special projects beyond day-to-day operations and leads a diverse department that provides a wide range of services to the industry. She also offers expert TTM advice to ensure safety and innovation across all projects.

Ivanna leads our finance team and her passion is to work collaboratively within businesses to drive sustainable growth and success. She loves to analyse business systems and processes to continuously streamline and enhance performance and reporting. Ivanna has a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Chartered Accountant, and is also a certified Xero Advisor.
Jenina (Jam) is the Senior HR and Wellbeing Coordinator here at Parallaxx. With four years of experience in the company, she started as an Executive Assistant and worked her way up to her current position.
Jodeci is a Training Consultant at Parallaxx, specialising in Waka Kotahi and Connexis assessments (CAT A, B, C STMS & TMO) and mentoring. With seven years of experience in the TTM industry, Jodeci has worked as an STMS and alongside industry professionals.

Jolina is the Deputy Principal Consultant at Parallaxx, leading the Associate Consultants. She is an experienced TMP Designer with 6 years in the industry. She is an integral part of the design and consultant team, helping to provide quality TMPs and advice to clients.
Joni is the Service Manager here at Parallaxx. She manages and drives our on-road and hire services, as well as a number of major projects. She also services our Finance Team, managing client accounts.
DESIGNER Jorem De Castro Jorem is a TMP Designer and is a member of the Parallaxx design team. Jorem is a Registered and Licensed Architect.
Jose Joshua (Yuki) is a TMP Designer here at Parallaxx and works as a part of the design team preparing TMPs for various clients.
Josh is a Senior Designer here at Parallaxx and works as a part of the design team preparing TMP designs for various clients.
Justin is a Stakeholder Coordinator at Parallaxx. He is responsible for submitting, monitoring, and organising TMP decisions for clients. His role also includes ensuring compliance with NZGTTM standards and supporting consultants in stakeholder communications, while consistently upholding high service quality for clients.
Karl is the Principal Consultant at Parallaxx, leading the Consultant team. He entered TTM in 2016 and now holds STMS and TTM Planner qualifications. He started as a Consultant with Parallaxx in 2021. Prior to Parallaxx Karl worked as a Regional Events Manager at a TTM Company, looking after Event and Film Traffic Management for some of NZ's largest Events, Venues and Film Production Companies.
Kit is the executive assistant here at Parallaxx. As the CEO's right-hand woman, she manages projects, internal communications, research, and scheduling, to name but a few.

Kava is a Traffic Management Consultant and the Technical Lead for Temporary Barrier Systems here at Parallaxx. He helps clients with all their TTM problems and his previous project management experience means he is particularly helpful in complex construction and vehicle management plans.
With 16 years in the industry, Kava brings a wealth of experience - from working on the road as a TC to Traffic Manager for the City Rail Link and everything inbetween.

Kelvin is a Senior Consultant and Technical Lead for Tendering and Longterm here at Parallaxx. He looks after a few key clients, as well as working alongside clients in Longterm Projects and Tendering; As technical lead, he also provides support, direction and development of the wider Parallaxx consultancy team in these fields.
Prior to joining Parallaxx, Kelvin spent 9 years as a TMC for the Auckland Motorway Alliance (AMA). This role involved TTM advice and coordination across a number of Waka Kotahi (NZTA) Capital Works projects as well as general maintenance activities.
Kevin (keb; kevs) is a Senior Designer and part of design team Amity. He is responsible for preparing TMP designs for various clients.
Kevin has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and is a licensed Architect.

Lady (Laids) is the Professional Development Mentor here at Parallaxx. She is in charge of all internal training, providing support in training development and delivery, and assists team member's personal development plans.

Lara is the Operations Coordinator at Parallaxx, supporting the Operations Department in creating systems and processes, as well as identifying opportunities and solutions. She also serves as the Team Leader for the Creatives Team.

Mahsa, a dynamic addition to Parallaxx's leadership team, holds the position of Chief Technology Officer and Chairperson of the Board. Her enthusiasm for seeking out cutting-edge technology and integrating it into an industry that has traditionally been slow to adopt such advancements positions her as a key driver of Parallaxx's future growth and success.

Michael is a Training Consultant here at Parallaxx, specialising in Waka Kotahi TTM Qualification Workshops and assessments (CAT A,B,C STMS & TMO), he conducts compliance audits on TTM worksites, and provides On-site Coaching and Mentoring with STMS and road workers on both State highway and local roads. Michael has worked in Civil Infrastructure, Commercial Construction, and Temporary Traffic Management industries for 10+ years.

Neil is a Senior Consultant here at Parallaxx. Neil has been involvement in the industry in varying capacities from coordination of works, TMP designing to being traffic manager on some of Auckland's biggest projects. Neil has a Diploma in Civil Engineering and is a Level 2/3 STMS NP, qualified Temporary Barrier Designer and Installer and a qualified NZTA Advanced Planner. He enjoys the challenge of tendering jobs and being part of big projects.

As a Lieutenant Colonel in the New Zealand Army Reserves, Nick has built leadership credibility through extensive experience in high-performing roles across leadership, management, and organizational development, including legal services, defence, and small to medium businesses. He holds a conjoint LLB and BA from the University of Auckland, along with postgraduate qualifications in operational and strategic leadership. With various coaching and people development certifications, Nick integrates his expertise into all people development initiatives he designs and leads, having previously served as our People and Leadership Capability consultant.

Rhad is a Senior Stakeholder Coordinator at Parallaxx, responsible for coordinating the TMP process. He ensures adherence to NZGTTM standards, supports consultants in their stakeholder communications, and upholds a high standard of service quality for clients. Additionally, he fosters collaboration within the internal team.

SENIOR STAKEHOLDER COORDINATOR Rodante Pascual Rod is a Senior Stakeholder Coordinator at Parallaxx. Susan (Sue) is a Training Administrator here at Parallaxx.
Tin is a Stakeholder Coordinator at Parallaxx. She supports Stakeholder Coordinators by ensuring smooth communication between consultants and stakeholders. This includes sending approved TMPs to clients and notifying them, as well as consultants, about declines, comments, and updates regarding the start and end of work.
Darrin is a specialist TTM Trainier and Senior Consultant here at Parallaxx. He's also the Technical Lead in Risk Assessment. His substantial industry experience puts him in a unique position, giving him an in-depth working knowledge of both the practical and theoretical components of our industry. Darrin has been a teacher of CoPTTM theory for the past 14 years.
Darrin is currently utilising his knowledge and experience to help shape the future of Traffic Management within NZ as the National Design Advisor for the new NZTA training and competency model.
