Byron is a member of the bankruptcy section of the State Bar of Arizona and has been an active member of the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court since 2018. He is currently a Barrister in the Inn, and has served as its treasurer and secretary since the fall of 2022.

Elisabeth is paralegal to Mark H. Candioto, Esq. and Susan M. Swick, Esq., Certified Family Law Specialist. She looks forward to working with each new client and determining how they can best be served to achieve the most ideal outcome for themselves and their families.
Ira M. Schwartz is a partner in the firm with a practice emphasizing intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, computer and Internet law, and intellectual property litigation. His practice further includes domain name disputes, counseling clients on social media issues, blogging issues, and the related areas of business defamation, unfair competition, drafting and enforcement of confidentiality agreements and restrictive covenants, and rights of privacy and publicity. He has also represented many international clients in their intellectual property matters. Mr. Schwartz also actively serves as a mediator and arbitrator of intellectual property disputes. In addition, he counsels both existing enterprises and startups on all aspects of commercializing new creative and technological products.
Mr. Schwartz earned a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1982. He received his J.D. from Washington College of Law at American University in 1985. Mr. Schwartz is licensed in Arizona and Colorado and is admitted before the Ninth and Federal Circuits of the United States Court of Appeals. In addition, he is a Judge Pro Tempore of the Arizona Superior Court. Mr. Schwartz has published several articles and appeared as a speaker on various intellectual property topics before a variety of professional, business, technology, and artistic organizations and associations, both in the U.S. and internationally.
He is a past President of the State Bar of Arizona Intellectual Property Section and a member the State Bar of Arizona Business Law Section. Mr. Schwartz serves on the Board of Directors of the International Technology Law Association. He is a also a member of the Intellectual Property Section and the Alternative Dispute Resolution of the American Bar Association and a member of the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association.
Iva S. Hirsch is an attorney in the Firm. Ms. Hirsch's practice focuses on family law, including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, mediation, custody, and bankruptcy matters.
Jared Parker is a partner in the firm and has practiced law since 1980, focusing on business restructuring and bankruptcy, litigation and debtor/creditor rights. His clients have included commercial and consumer debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, official and unofficial creditor committees, indenture trustees, bankruptcy trustees, state and federal court receivers, purchasers of estate assets, DIP lenders, and lessors of real or personal property. His experience includes commercial and tort litigation, mediation, other alternative dispute resolution and appeals. Jared has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell and named to Arizona's Top Lawyers by Az Business Magazine.

Susan was the first Chair and then a member for several years of the State Bar's Family Law Practice and Procedure Standing Committee and is a past Council Member of the Executive Council of the Bar's Family Law Section. In addition to the Family Law Section, she has been a member of the American Bar Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association Family Law Sections. Her other professional activities have included being a Commissioner and then Chair of the Disciplinary Commission of the Arizona Supreme Court, serving on the Ethics Committee and Peer Review Committee of the State Bar, the Maricopa County Spousal Maintenance Guidelines Committee, the Minorities-in-Law Committee and Judicial Evaluation Committee of the County Bar Association. She was a Member of the Sandra Day O'Connor Inn of Court and was one of twenty women lawyers in a People-to-People Delegation touring the People's Republic of China and the Soviet Union.
Susan is a founding member, past President and member since its inception of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association. She served twice as a Judge Pro Tempore on the Arizona Court of Appeals and for many years on the Maricopa County Superior Court. She provides counsel to lawyers in the disciplinary system on behalf of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. She has been a practice monitor in the State Bar disciplinary process.
