Casey feels the greatest level of service comes from understanding the client's needs and ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their real estate experience. Recognizing this, he places an emphasis on open communication and believes that problems can be minimized, resolved, and even eliminated when people work together. Suarez brings experience in real estate law, real estate title, and real estate sales to his team. He began his career in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Sales on the East Coast in New York before moving to the West Coast over a decade ago. He naturally gravitated to the urban real estate market and has specialized in marketing and selling close-in urban properties and condominiums in the Portland Metro area. He has both launched and managed condo projects which included 3 separate towers with over 350 units in the downtown market, has stepped in to revive and re-launch a condo tower project in The Pearl, and taken the lead role on attached unit communities throughout the Portland Metro from concept and design to final sell out.
His passion for understanding and getting to know Portland neighborhoods has led him to branch out and bring on specialists to focus on different neighborhoods and towns in and around Portland. He has developed a very proactive marketing system to market and sell homes at an average of 99% of their list price and in over 30 days less than the city average.
Suarez has personally represented over 1000 buyers and sellers combining in over $250 Million in closed volume throughout his career. Suarez meets quarterly and masterminds monthly with many of the top agents across the country to strategize on what is working and being effective in the immediate market. His team personally sold over 220 homes last year alone. He partners with, Keller Williams Realty Professionals, the most productive single office and company in the city…and one of the top 50 real estate offices in the nation in volume, number of transactions, and transactions per agent.

Tabi Traughber was originally born and raised in Southeast Portland. Right out of highschool, she started a property management position in Fremont, CA. After a little over a year, she relocated to Sacramento, CA for another property management opportunity, where she worked for twelve years. In 2015, she and her husband welcomed their first child and she decided that she wanted the flexibility to work from home. She created her own bookkeeping business, "TAS" (Traughber Accounting Services). While juggling her home business and newborn, she also pursued her CA real estate license. For the next five years, she lived and worked in Roseville, CA and surrounding areas as a busy "stay at home mom," realtor and bookkeeper. She also runs three small side businesses for her clients' and her own enjoyment, Pampered Chef, Arbonne and Beautycounter. In 2017, her husband was interested in moving to Bellevue, WA. At eight months pregnant, Tabi took her WA real estate exam and obtained her second active real estate license. Time passed and they decided that moving back to her home state was in the best interest of the family, so she took all of the necessary classes for her OR license. She had her third child in 2021, after juggling hybrid homeschooling and her multiple businesses. When her daughter was six months old, they moved to Wilsonville, OR. Tabi currently holds three active real estate licenses in OR, WA and CA! She specializes in first time buyers, veterans and residential selling and buying.
Within the past year, Tabi also took it upon herself to turn her family cabin into a successful AirBnB. She prides herself in networking and connection in business, relationships and community events! She enjoys hosting annual events, as both a realtor and community member, such as "The Annual Frog Pond Community Garage & Vendor Sale", "National Night Out in Villebois" and "Flicks on the Bricks in Villebois!" Recently, she partnered with Ordnance Brewing in Wilsonville and sponsors monthly "Sip & Shops," bringing the community together and supporting small local businesses. In her spare time she also volunteers on numerous boards, such as NAMI-Clackamas, The Calais HOA and the City of Wilsonville Budget Committee; she also loves being the Cub Scout den leader of her middle son's den and also coaches youth basketball for her oldest son, in Wilsonville's Mini Hoopers League!
