Mark grew up in South Texas where the oil and gas industry was prevalent. After a short stint working in the field of oil development he pursued a career as Commercial Deep Sea Diver. Upon graduating from The Ocean Corporation in Houston, Texas he worked for Oceaneering International and Schaefer Diving specializing in inspection, maintenance, and repairs of offshore oil rigs, and pipelines. Mark has also owned his own business, and as a result is familiar with marketing, finance, sales, and training. For the last two decades he has been involved in the area of finance and management.
Having been introduced to the fascinating oil business by his father and grandfather at an early age, Ron has been in the oil business for over 30 years in areas such as leasing, development, production, etc. He gained knowledge of secondary production and disposal techniques while operating a Baker Steam Unit on waterflood and "huff and puff" projects in Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. He planned and engineered a water disposal facility just South of Ft. Worth, Texas but cancelled it when gas prices tumbled precipitously in 2004.
