Bobby Engel is a primary clinician having worked the last 8 years in a wide array of recovery service positions. Beginning as a BHT where his foundation in connection with clients was built. Bobby has since worked as a medical coordinator, a residential housing director and a group facilitator for gambling and substance abuse disorders. As a recovering compulsive gambler, his most treasured item is his own personal recovery journey. Bobby is dedicated to helping problem gamblers just like himself find a renewed sense of purpose and reason to live.

Dr. Kevin L. Ross - CEO

Jeffrey Wasserman

In August 2015, Jeff Wasserman's 32-year career as a practicing attorney came to an end when the Delaware Supreme Court granted his petition to be transferred to disability/inactive status. His legal career was marred by gambling addiction and related behaviors, which had far-reaching consequences on both his personal life and his family. Today, Jeff serves as the Judicial Outreach and Development Director for the Delaware Council on Gambling Problems. In this role, he leads efforts to raise awareness of gambling addiction among judges, lawyers, and other individuals in the legal system. Over the past five years, Jeff has achieved International Certified Gambling Counselor and Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certifications, making him the first person in Delaware with lived experience in gambling addiction to hold these qualifications. Jeff is deeply committed to his community work, which includes taking calls on a problem gambling helpline, providing sponsorship and peer support to individuals struggling with problem gambling, serving on the Board of Directors of the National Council on Problem Gambling, and volunteering for organizations like the Delaware Lawyers Assistance Program and Pennsylvania Concerned for Lawyers. He is also the founder and facilitator of an online Problem Gambling Support Group, which connects problem gamblers from all over the world. Jeff's expertise has made him a sought-after presenter and keynote speaker for various organizations, agencies, and institutions. He has shared his insights and knowledge with the Delaware State Bar Association, Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, Delaware Office of Disciplinary Council, ABA Commission on Lawyer Assistance Programs, Arizona Department of Gaming, Montana State Bar Association, National Council on Problem Gambling, Delaware Mental Health Association, and the National Association of Drug Court Professionals. Jeff's advocacy and expertise have also caught the attention of local and national news outlets, where he has been interviewed on problem gambling issues. He co-hosts "All In: The Addicted Gambler's Podcast," contributing to the ongoing conversation around this important issue.

Jenn Barrie

Jenn Barrie earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology, and, prior to joining the PAC team, she worked 10 years helping children and families in various systems including the child welfare system. She has a vast knowledge of referral systems and has been extensively trained in trauma informed care. Ms. Barrie's experience working with teams centers on a positive and motivational approach, with a focus on strengths-based leadership. As a grateful member of Al-Anon, she also has an inside perspective on recovery and helping the family and friends of alcoholics and addicts.

Joe Trop-Zell has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the behavioral health field. Joseph Trop-Zell is a healthcare administrator with experience in managing residential, outpatient, and dual diagnosis substance abuse and gambling addiction programs. With a focus on operational management, compliance, medical billing, and medication management, Mr. Trop-Zell has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the behavioral health field. He previously worked as a director of operations, group facilitator, case manager, medication technician, and behavioral health technician. Mr. Trop-Zell's diverse experience in the industry has allowed him to approach his work from a well-rounded perspective and provide the highest quality care.

Kevin Lunceford

Kevin graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science/Psychology and then a Masters in Marriage, Family, Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix, having been in the mental health profession for over 19 years. While Kevin has worked with all age groups in several specialty areas and with mobile crisis teams doing in-home interventions, he has also worked in Utilization Review and Management for more than 8 years. Kevin comes from a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) perspective and identifies personal core values, integrity, and accountability being very important. Kevin is a husband of 39 years, has six children and 12 grandchildren.

Marc Lefkowitz ICGC-II

Marc Lefkowitz ICGC-II has been a certified gambling counselor for over 25 years. He has directed and developed multiple inpatient and outpatient gambling treatment programs to help change the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to compulsive gambling. Between working for the UCLA Gambling Studies Program, and training thousands of therapists and counselors, Marc has been open about sharing his knowledge and expertise. He is also a national speaker on problem gambling issues, and in 2012, received California's Lifetime Achievement Award for his work with problem gamblers and their families. Marc's desire to help others goes beyond his expertise, however. As a recovering gambler himself starting at the age of 24, Marc understands how gambling activity and gambling preoccupation can effect the brain. Marc has nearly 40 years of abstinence from gambling. Marc has been featured on Podcast, HBO, Local News and countless National and State speaker engagements with local State Council Problem Gambling affiliates of the National Council on Problem Gambling. Marc is seen as a subject matter expert worldwide on Problem and Pathological Gambling.

Scott Melissa

Scott began his career in the problem gambling field while working at the Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling under contract for the Department of Public Health and Bureau of Substance Use Services. He has been in the field of problem gambling for 15+ years in a variety of treatment and leadership roles. Scott believes in the field of problem gambling, providing advocacy, education, and awareness, along with building supportive connections for those being referred for treatment, are the keys to successfully engaging with others. As the Director of Outreach and Engagement, Scott delivers trainings designed to increase knowledge and readiness for addressing problem gambling prevention and related behavioral issues. Scott's training background earned him a reputation that allowed him to successfully train many clinical providers, probation and parole officers, and social services providers. Scott enjoys meeting new people and learning about their lives and backgrounds. He easily finds common interests with like-minded individuals and tends to make most people feel comfortable.

Victoria Stallings

Victoria is an Army veteran and is certified to treat gambling disorder by the International Gambling Counselor Certification Board. Victoria has been working with people who have gambling disorder for over nine years. Before her certification, Victoria was the manager of The Brain Center, providing neurofeedback to people recovering from addictions and mental health issues.
