Beth Henry

Beth Henry has been working in the human services industry for over thirty years. After receiving her Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) designation in 2010 she went on to finish her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services. Beth founded Prairies to Peaks Consulting Inc. with the vision of providing tools to Canadians which will enable them to assist others in their recovery journey. She is a passionate advocate of Peer Support Training and she is nationally certified as a Peer Supporter.

Brian Pugh

Brian Pugh has been working in the human services field for over 25 years. Brian has used his Bachelor of Arts and Religion (psychology), his Substance Abuse Counseling Certificate, and his Peer Supporter training to serve in the community, in correctional centers, in Indigenous communities and within his private practice. Brian has completed an Executive MBA to assist in coordinating health service programs and administration. He is a passionate participant and advocate of peer support work in Canada.

Cara Henry

  • Business Strategist and Marketing Lead
Cara's involvement in the human services industry began in 2003. Her experience stems from several marketing and management roles. She has worked with the YWCA Family Services, Opportunity Works, and Chrysalis: an Alberta society for citizens with disabilities. She has also worked in the for-profit sector with companies such as Colliers International, the Yellow Pages Group and others. Her modus operandi is to inspire curiosity, spark creativity, and cultivate collaboration. Cara's biggest passion is to help small businesses succeed by developing effective business strategies and instilling the courage necessary to leap forward with innovative thinking.
