He has played pivotal roles in early-stage corporate development, earning recognition as a skilled business leader. Howard's achievements span generating $15+ billion in direct aircraft sales in Asia and over $10 billion in the US. His expertise extends to structuring a $1 billion international financing deal, leading sales and marketing teams for renowned companies, and forging strategic manufacturing alliances.
A UC Berkeley alumnus with four degrees, Howard is a seasoned, globally-minded executive. Howard's commitment to innovation extends to his original research at UC Berkeley's Space Sciences Laboratory and teaching Business Administration at Chabot College.
Johann Tse is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in international corporate development, M&A, capital markets, and general management, spanning diverse industries. He serves as the founder and CEO of Aquarian Capital, providing guidance and leadership in technology ventures. Prior to this role, Johann held the position of Director for International M&A at Yum! Brands and spearheaded the corporate venture capital program at Rohm and Haas Company, now part of Dow Chemical Co. His career began with Swire Group, where he took on increasing leadership roles in various countries across consumer, industrial, and service sectors.
Johann holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Electronics Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He actively contributes to organizations like the Dallas Business Club and the Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations.

Following his highly successful career as an industry executive, numerous airlines and aircraft suppliers turned to Russ for his expertise in shaping their strategies and enhancing their operational and financial performance. The widespread demand for his insights and guidance ultimately paved the way for the establishment of RAJCO Services.

Wayne Trimmer, a seasoned aerospace professional with a background in the U.S. Marine Corps, has excelled in diverse roles, from Marine Corps Aviation to serving as Director of Contracts at DynCorp. He's led global initiatives at Aerospatiale/EADS/Airbus and held a pivotal position as Director for Advanced Programs at Lockheed Martin. Today, Wayne is a partner at Aquarian Capital, offering advisory services.
Beyond his career, Wayne is a dedicated community leader involved with organizations like the Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations, the World Affairs Council, and the North Texas National Defense Industrial Association, where he served as Executive Director and President.
