Premier Care Home Services Inc. was founded January 2004 under the joint ownership of Shirley Hinson and Josephine Taylor. Josephine brought with her the many years of experience as a Nurse working with critically ill children and Shirley, her valuable insight and judgment that come with several years of a career in the corporate sector. Both have a clear understanding of compassion and empowerment, each of them having been raised in families where a member of the family had to cope with disability and health challenges... Our philosophy is to be the oasis when the journey of life takes us through ‘desert' days and sometimes years.
