QUILLIN - Key Persons

Since I am located in the reception area at Quillin, I am often referred to as the "Gate Keeper." I'm not sure that I like that title, but I am the first person to greet you and usually the first friendly voice to answer your call. Whatever my title, I am here to help you. I am also the Media Coordinator (I like that better) for all media time spot reports and distribution of media traffic. I also serve as proof-reader (another good title) for many Quillin documents and reports. Just call me Estie! That will work. Throughout my career, I have held many different positions within the corporate world. Before coming to Quillin in 2005, I spent 15 years as corporate secretary for Nevada Savings & Loan which eventually became Primerit Bank. Prior to that I spent 10 years as administrative assistant to the managing partner of the national CPA firm Alexander Grant & Company when they opened an office in Las Vegas.

I'm Natasha! A Vegas native who dabbles in the California life. Stepping out of my hometown for college was so exciting. I loved everything about Southern California, but it helped me find a newfound appreciation for my home. I graduated from Chapman University in Orange, CA with a major in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in leadership. Leadership and marketing were perfect for me because I love to build connections. In California, I found my love for social media. I worked with a variety of smaller agencies and had the opportunity to join a nonprofit startup company, VotingSmarter, when they were still in planning stages. I was able to be a part of every aspect of the company from the accounting side to the brand-building process. It was such an incredible experience leading the marketing efforts and contributing to its continued success. I am continuously creating content. Honestly, I am doing it 24/7. Whether it's for my personal life, Quillin, or VotingSmarter, you can always find me snapping photos, creating Instagram reels, or imagining marketing campaigns in my head. I love to document everything I do and experience everything Vegas and connect as I'm doing so! I love to chat with everyone from restaurant managers to valet attendants to see what their life is like. That's why I love social media. I love to build relationships and showcase what this city and these people have to offer... Trust me, It's a lot. There is so much more to Vegas than you think. They say live to work and not work to live and I have definitely found that at Quillin. I love the boutique agency life! The thing about Quillin that I love so much is the sense of community. Everyone is so caring and shows so much appreciation for the people around and this job and I can't even begin to talk about our clients … Wow, they are incredible. I have had the opportunity to work with Las Vegas Metro Police Department Foundation, Mesquite Gaming, Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, and so much more. I love working with brands in my hometown and really helping clients' messages come to life. I am the ultimate foodie. I am the type of person to find the local deals, read through Yelp, and check on Instagram to feel out the vibes before going out. I love to look for fun places to eat, sip on unique drinks at beautiful bars, and try out the new pop-up spots in Vegas. When I am not on the hunt for the newest places in town or trying out the best local spots, you can catch me traveling. I lived The Suite Life of Zach and Cody and studied on a cruise ship stopping in 14 countries sailing from China to Amsterdam for three months. It just might be my favorite thing that I have ever done. I love visiting other places. I love to see what makes each place unique. And I love to explore! I am so excited to explore the world of marketing and advertising with Quillin.

I'm the sower here at Quillin. I set things in motion: clients, ideas, initiatives, campaigns, and resources. I plant seeds and work with brilliant minds to make them grow. After working for ABC-TV in Century City on classic shows such as Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, Barney Miller and Family Feud, I moved to Las Vegas in 1980 and began my career in advertising at Quillin Country on accounts including Nevada Power Company, US Home and Las Vegas Athletic Club. Along my career path, I made stops as an executive assistant/speechwriter for a District Attorney, Lt. Governor and Governor in Nevada - all the same remarkable man, Bob Miller. In 1991, I opened Quillin Henry Communications with Larry Henry and an emphasis on political consulting. Quillin & Co.Advertising followed in 1993. It was a full-service agency which grew to be the fifth largest in Nevada. In 2003, my beautiful and inimitable wife, Sharry, and I started again by opening Q ad | pr. Over the ensuing 17 years, we worked through many combinations of staff and clients while the core of our agency survived and evolved into a form different enough to warrant rebranding ourselves today as Quillin.
