Our policy for dealing with service providers and contractors is that we only charge for our time involved, unless we are completing the required work personally and/or acting as the General Contractor (we are a licensed NC Residential Contractor through our sister company, Yellow Mountain Builders, LLC). Our charge is only for the time spent coordinating the service or meeting with providers at your home. Invoices from service providers are then emailed to you for direct payment to that specific provider - we do not accept kickbacks and we do not charge a percentage based on the work that is completed by sub-contractors that are paid directly by you, the Owner. If you have preferred vendors or contractors, we are always happy to work with them. If you need a recommendation for a provider of any kind, we will gladly guide you to those who we have experienced top quality work provided for other clients over the years...
