This method delivers quality coffee that is consistently clean and rich in flavour by evenly distributing the heat and blowing out all the chaff - the thin, dried skin that comes off during roasting. By removing this part immediately, we prevent a smoky, burnt flavour from getting in the way of the truly natural, precious flavours of each batch...
