Av. Melih SİSA is one of the managing partners of our office.
He was born in 1968 in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and started his legal practice immediately afterwards and has been working as a lawyer at Saban Law Office since 1991. He specializes mainly in Civil Law, Law of Obligations, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation and EU Law matters and is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
He has also participated in various graduate and training programs at Istanbul University (1992), Yale University (1999), Altınbaş University (2012) and University of Cologne (2013). He holds a Master's degree in International Trade Law.
He is currently lecturing on Negotiation at various educational institutions.
Onur ERŞAHİN, who graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2021 and has been working as a lawyer at Saban Law Firm since 2022, is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. Onur ERŞAHİN specializes mainly in Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Law and International Law. He speaks English fluently.
Av. Rıfat SABAN is the founder of our office.
Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and practicing law since 1964, Attorney Rıfat SABAN specializes mainly in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Tax Law and Arbitration matters and is fluent in English, Italian and French.
In 2002, she graduated from Private Ayazağa Işık High School and completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2006.
Since 2007, Selin ARAZ has been working at Saban Law Office, specializing mainly in Family Law, Inheritance Law, Law of Obligations, Commercial Law, Intellectual Industrial Property Law.
She is a Trademark Attorney and has a good command of English.
Selin ARAZ, who is also a Mediator registered in the Mediation registry of the Ministry of Justice, serves as an expert mediator in the field of Commercial Law within the scope of "Compulsory Mediation", Labor Law, Commercial Law, Family Law, Consumer Law
Umut Can Bıyık graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2017 and completed his master's degree in Commercial-Energy Law at Berlin Technical University in 2019. Since 2019, Attorney Umut Can Bıyık has been working at Saban Law Office, specializing mainly in Law of Obligations, Commercial Law, Energy Law, Contracts Law and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. He has a good command of English.
