Carmen Moon

Carmen is one of our Nurses, and the most recent addition to the RVP team.

Casey Collins

Casey is another one of our new additions to our veterinary nursing team. Casey has experience nursing in mixed practice, small animal practice as well as emergency centers. Casey also competes in rodeos in her spare time.

Chelsea McCormick

Chelsea is one of our veterinary nurses who also does some reception work. Chelsea has experience in both small animal and mixed practice nursing.

Claire Banfield

Dr Alistair Murray

Dr Alistair graduated with a BVSc (hons) 1986 from Melbourne Uni then a Masters from James Cook Uni in 1997. Dr Alistair started here in 1998 and took up a business partnership in 2000. He is interested in all things cattle and in particular bovine reproduction.

Dr Ash Phipps

Ash graduated in 2011 from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science, first class honours. He has worked at Rochester Veterinary Practice since graduation. Dr Claire Rhodes

Claire graduated in 2017 from the University of Melbourne Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Claire joined the practice in a mixed vet role in 2018. Claire has an great interest in veterinary behavioural/ problem behavioural medicine and is dedicated to making your pets veterinary experience as stress free as possible. Dr Evelien Van Der Geest

Dr Evelien (Eve) is from a dairy farm near Foster, Victoria. She graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2011 and has been working in northern Victoria in mixed practice. She has also spent 12 months locuming in the UK. Dr Eve has an interest in cattle practice. Outside of practice Dr Evelien enjoys playing squash and baking. Dr Frankie Collett

Dr Frankie Collett graduated from Adelaide Uni in 2017 and has been working in mixed practice since. Frankie joined the Rochester vet team in 2021. Frankie has an interest in production animals in particular sheep. Franke enjoys all aspects of sheep medicine and surgery. Dr Keith Fletcher

Dr Mitch is a Queensland Uni graduate from 1996. Mitch spent some time working in the UK and locuming in Australia before joining the Rochester vet practice team in 2001. Mitch then became a partner in the Practice in 2005. Mitch enjoys cattle practice and has an interest in herd reproduction and genomics. He has a particular interest in Jersey cattle breeding and genomics.

Dr Narelle Sullivan

Dr Zaw Win Htut

Win graduated from University of Adelaide in 2017. After graduating, Win went on to complete 2 years of internship at an emergency and referral practice in Melbourne. Win has been working as a small animal veterinarian since graduation and joined the Rochy vet team at the end of 2022. He has a keen interest in all things surgery and obtained Membership of ANZCVS (Small Animal Surgery) in 2021 through examination. Eliza Taylor

Eliza joined the practice full time in 2023. Eliza has experience in both nursing and in a Doggy Day care as a trainer. Has an interest in surgical nursing and patient management.

Gabe Hunt

Gabe is the practice manager and she is also a partner in the business. Gabe is the go to person for accounts, organises veterinary student for elective/placements and organises the vets!

Sarah Taylor

Sarah started working at the practice in 2022 whilst completing her University studies. Sarah has now joined the practice in a fulltime Veterinary Nursing position. Sarah as an interest in animal handling and diagnostic sampling and interpretation.

Zoe Lawrie

Zoe is one of the new additions to our veterinary nursing team. Zoe has been nursing in various veterinary practices throughout Victoria and has an interest in surgical nursing.
