Danny Milicevic

As a licensed tool and die maker / general machinist, Danny brings 30 years of experience to the company. From everyday operation, to shop scheduling, developing the most efficient manufacturing approach, machine set up, programming and operations, Danny has the experience to benefit our customers. He has spent his entire professional career in direct contact with various manufacturing industries, from automotive, to aerospace, to automation, to electronics and defence. He has progressed from a tool and die maker and general machinist to a programmer and entrepreneurial shop manager. You can rest assured that any machining requirements will be done to the customer's complete satisfaction.

Hans Kleiner - CTO

  • Member in Good Standing With the Professional Engineers Association of Ontario
Hans has a wide variety of industrial experience during 40 years in positions of development engineering, production engineering, production management and corporate management and is thus able to provide technical and management guidance to our customer's projects. A graduate mechanical engineer (McMaster University, B.Eng., M. Eng.) he has hands on experience in the Aerospace Industry, the Appliance Industry and the Glass Industry. Hans will help guide your project at S&R Polymer based upon his expertise in Project Management, Gasket Application, the Machining of various materials and Design Engineering. He is available to meet with your engineering, purchasing and production personnel. Hans is a member in good standing with the Professional Engineers Association of Ontario. During his years in the Aerospace Industry he received top level security clearance for Military Projects.

Richard Ryder - President

S&R Polymer is led by Richard Ryder who founded the company in 2007, to provide a Form-In-Place and vulcanizing, EMI shielding solution for several U.S. military programs. Richard has over 20 years experience as a senor level executive, managing mid-sized automotive rubber parts manufacturers in Canada and in the U.S. Richard's hands on approach to management is not limited to the boardroom but practiced on the shop floor where he involves himself in all aspects of the manufacturing process. From initial design, to product delivery, Richard will ensure your product delivery schedule and quality expectations are achieved. Richard is a graduate of Conestoga College's Business Administration Materials Management. He lives in Guelph, Ontario with his wife and his two sons.
