As the President of Capital Pacific Bank, a Portland based business bank, Krueger oversaw the near tripling of their loan sale business and led the effort to acquire loan portfolios from the FDIC, national institutions and local banks. While at U.S. Bank, Krueger originated and managed a syndicated portfolio of leveraged loans and asset securitizations. Prior to his tenure at Capital Pacific Bank, Krueger was the Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets for Piper Jaffray, an investment bank that was owned by U.S. Bancorp prior to it's 2003 divestiture. His significant advisory experience and entrepreneurial spirit helped start the firm's corporate bond business that grew to $37 million in cumulative revenues in 5 years. Notable bond and commercial paper placements included Avista Corporation, Cascade Corporation, Longview Fiber Corporation, Idaho Power, NIKE, NW Natural, PeaceHealth, Portland General Electric, Precision Castparts, and Puget Energy. Krueger has intimate knowledge of financing sources and products and nearly two decades of experience advising clients regarding the capital markets. Krueger is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington through Realty Marketing Northwest, a regional real estate auction company. Krueger holds a BA in Business Management from Whitworth University, Spokane, WA.
