Sano Law Offices was established in Osaka city, Japan in February 2011 by Ryutaro Sano, after practicing at Tokyo branches of major United States based law firms, together with Kumi Sano who worked for a Japanese leading law firm. Our practice covers a broad range of domestic and international business law matters in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, finance, intellectual property rights and commercial disputes.
