We called Sande when we noticed that our aluminum soffit had been pulled down by a raccoon. When other companies didn't even answer the phone, Sande did, and in spite of pretty terrible weather conditions, he arrived at our door within half an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and very pleasant, and explained where, how and why the raccoons were coming in, and how best to remedy the situation without any harm to the animal. He inspected our home from front to back and secured vents and all areas that are common places for raccoons to gain entry to one's house. He finished by emailing before and after pictures of the areas he worked on, and explained what behaviours we could expect from the raccoon in the days to come.
