Author and assist in the review and analysis of the Division's highly complex Capital Project tenders and contract documents to ensure that the appropriate contracting strategy and contractual clauses are applied to reduce risk... Through my roles, I have managed the contract development and negotiations including issue management of high-profile and sensitive initiatives of up to $57 million.
