Andrew has a great command over all architectural technologies, being proficient in Revit, Bentley Architecture, AutoCAD and Navisworks, amongst others. With well over 15 years in the firm, Andrew has proven his value for clients through a high level of productivity, accelerated with his knowledge of visual basic, script writing and quality control.
Andrew is always hungry for new challenges and has a personal desire to let no problem go unsolved. Currently working as one of our key BIM model managers for large projects, Andrew is the ‘go to man' for all technical queries for our BIM production teams, pushing the boundaries for integration and sharing. Andrew has proven his BIM skills amongst the best, having been instrumental in allowing key clients' current capital works programs to go live in conjunction with leading engineering firms.
Andrew is an enthusiastic ambassador for the incorporation of new software and processes, which continually improve office efficiency and the ability to design and document quality built products. Profound opportunities are afforded to businesses through technology and although it can at times be costly, it is important for a business to progress and continue to operate at complete efficiency. Andrew's philosophy is that there's always more to Learn. Only when you know every aspect of the tools available, will you get the best outcome.

Andrew is a well-travelled creative individual, driven by a conscientious curiosity. Informing Andrew's design principles is a strong connection to modernist design ideals; the belief that there is an intrinsic connection between form and function. This ideology guides Andrew's approach to architecture and bolsters his belief in well-designed spaces that positively impact the psyche and wellbeing of a person.
Andrew's 10 years of architectural experience has comprised of a variety of project typologies within the commercial, sports & recreation, student accommodation and multi-residential sectors. His involvement in projects has been throughout all phases of the project lifecycle; design, delivery and contract administration, accelerating not only his design skills but also his knowledge of the entire design process. Understanding a project's lifecycle will better ensure its success and has enabled Andrew to resolve challenging architectural details throughout documentation phases.
Andrew's role includes a high degree of sub-consultant coordination and requires working closely with technical leaders. He believes that a key part of achieving a well-founded design solution comes from a good work ethic and dynamic team collaboration; he particularly enjoys the collaborative nature of architecture and understands the importance of establishing a strong relationship with the internal project team, clients and the wider design team.
Bringing to her work an explorative and inquisitive design approach that balances research and computation, Anh believes the key to creating comfortable spaces relies on the delicate balance between form and function. She also believes these spaces can be net positive. Her dedication to design excellence has been recognised with the 2014 Winner, 125 PTW Emerging Talent Award and the 2014 Runner-up, AIA NSW Design Gold Medal.
With over a decade of experience across diverse typologies-childcares, churches, educational facilities, and residential projects-Anh has been involved in various stages, from concept to construction documentation.
With each stage, she brings a design-focused perspective, an eye for detail and the belief in working across various mediums. She also has a strong belief in meaningful consultant collaboration and coordination leads to good design outcomes, in turn leading to buildings contributing positively to society.

Since joining our Studio.SC, Annette has been instrumental in streamlining our accounts department, implementing efficient processes that ensure accuracy and compliance. Her meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset enables her to navigate complex financial landscapes with ease, providing valuable insights and solutions.
Bellamy Coleman joined Studio.SC full-time in early 2024 as an Architectural Assistant. Prior to this role, she completed a Diploma of Building Design and a Certificate of Residential Drafting at TAFE. With a longstanding passion for architectural design, Bellamy plans to pursue further studies at university in the coming years, aiming to continue her growth as an aspiring architect.
During her time at TAFE, Bellamy gained valuable experience as a drafter at a boutique architectural practice, where she contributed to projects spanning residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
In her role as an architectural assistant, Bellamy actively participates in the design development process. She collaborates closely with architects and designers within the team to develop and document intricate and transformative designs. Her dedication, collaborative spirit, and enthusiasm for learning have quickly established her as a valued member of the Studio.SC team.

Daniel joined Studio.SC in 2025 as an Architectural Assistant while completing his Master of Architecture. He brings a sharp eye for detail and a methodical design approach, merging creativity with practical construction knowledge.
With a background in the commercial design and build sector, Daniel has worked both on-site and in studio environments. This dual experience has shaped his interest in multi-scale, mixed-use, and commercially driven architecture, enriching his design process with a grounded understanding of real-world building constraints.
Known for his diligence and time management, Daniel consistently meets project deadlines while upholding design integrity. His strong construction insight ensures that every concept is considered through both a design and delivery lens.

Doug's exceptional skills in harnessing large project teams capable of managing the most complex projects, are founded on the breadth of experience he holds in both the public and private sectors.
Energised by large, multi-faceted projects, Doug has been involved in the delivery of a wide range of ventures, including hotels and hospitality projects, exhibition and civic facilities, and mixed use residential projects. He has also been entrusted to manage major capital works at the Sydney Opera House.
A Modernist at heart, Doug believes that if a plan is clear, concise and logical, the design will naturally follow. Doug's work reflects this philosophy: using clear, simple lines, and a clarity in plan and materiality. Doug believes that key to good design is the fostering of a relationship with all those involved in the life of a project, from clients, consultants, end users and contractors alike.

Edward Salib is a Director at Studio.SC. With extensive experience across Australia and internationally, he has led the design and delivery of projects that shape the civic, cultural, and urban fabric of our cities.
His portfolio spans a diverse range of work, from courthouse precincts and transport infrastructure to public memorials, mixed-use residential, and city-shaping masterplans. Known for his clarity of thought and collaborative leadership, Edward plays a key role in translating complex briefs into meaningful, enduring architecture.

Emma Leckie began her journey at Studio.SC in 2019, after several years at a small Architecture firm which she started at during her studies. She has professional experience in both small and large-scale projects, including work in the residential, education, hospitality, public and commercial sectors in Australia and India. She has a particular passion for civic projects that contribute to the fabric of society, are enduring and engage people.
Emma has a special interest in the power of Architecture to create positive social change and has recently undertaken a 6 month sabbatical, volunteering in India with ‘The Anganwadi Project' to create Bholu 17 preschool. As a team of two Architects, she designed, documented and oversaw the construction of a preschool in an urban slum in Ahmedabad. Emma is currently a tutor of Architecture at The University of Sydney and a where she hopes to share this passion with her students.

Geoff has over 30 years' experience working primarily in the commercial, multi-unit residential and education sectors. His skills encompass all stages of the architectural process, from design to contract administration, and his experience brings depth to the team's service delivery.
Geoff's approach to design is practical and methodical and this attitude is carried through to an attention to detail in documentation, aimed at providing clarity for the builder and risk minimisation for the Client. Geoff understands that successful delivery of any project is a collaborative exercise between all stakeholders.

Nour has worked on architecture projects in Sydney, Melbourne, Cooma and New Zealand. Her experience spans across a range of different sectors such as aged care, public spaces, hospitality, education and offices.
She has worked on all stages of design including concept development, construction documentation and has been involved in the demolition and construction process on site. One of Nours career highlights is seeing a restaurant she worked on being built in Melbourne as well as witnessing the construction process of a public space in Sydney that she was involved in.
Nour's education journey is a testament to her eagerness to learn, take on new challenges and experience architecture in a ray of settings. She completed her Master of Architecture at the University of New South Wales where during this experience she studied abroad on exchange at Politecnico di Milano in Italy.

Rebecca's passion for Architecture comes from a love for the Australian Landscape and belief that all people should have access to good design and healthy environments in their workplaces, homes, schools and community. Rebecca is motivated by her value to provide positive change in all work she undertakes. She believes the best design outcomes do not concede to a certain style, rather are informed by contextual awareness, and strive to envision a sense of its place and a connection to its people and its history.
Rebecca begun her career working on a variety of projects, throughout various landscapes in Western Australia at a small architectural practice in Perth, before joining Studio.SC in 2020. Many of these projects had high social agendas and challenging environmental conditions, which she believes has been highly valuable in teaching her the sensitivities and responsibilities of architectural practice. She has also spent time abroad studying in Portugal and China with a focus on exploring how different cultural and urban conditions can inform design and drive positive change.
Rebecca has worked on a diverse range of projects in education, age-care, healthcare, leisure, public space, retail, hotel, social housing, and private-residential sectors, across the full range of architectural service. Collective collaboration, community engagement and embracing all voices is essential to her work methodology. Her career highlight so far has been to watch first-hand, the senior residents of Swancare Retirement Village transition from trepidation to joy and enthusiasm for the new Leisure Facility project she worked on for the community.

With a passion for delivering projects that meet technicalities without compromising design integrity, Simon's 30+ years of experience in Architecture have seen him lead major projects across residential, leisure, and commercial sectors.
Simon previously held the role of Partner - Head of Projects at fitzpatrick + partners architects, where he was integral to the successful delivery of many of their major projects, including NSW's renowned Royal Randwick Racecourse Grandstand Redevelopment.
Simon's approach is one of collaboration, mutual respect and clear open and honest communication with all team members, whether they be architects, consultants, clients or contractors. And this is reflected in how he intricately and creatively manages and delivers each facet of a project.
Intent on sharing his lessons learnt over three decades, Simon is passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals. When asked my mentees "What his greatest career advice is", his response is unwavering - "true success is measured by the mutual respect of the relationships that deliver a project".
