Mark Ladish, Senior Project Manager, has been with R.H. Sinclair Construction Company since 2004. He holds a B.S. degree in Geology from the University of Wisconsin and a minor in Graduate Studies of Biology from the University of Tennessee. He has experience in Net Zero facilities and alternative energy. He is relied on for his knowledge of solar, wind and thermal power generation as it becomes more relevant to our construction projects. Mark was a Lead Superintendent for us on many commercial projects prior to his becoming a Project Manager. His field experience makes him a valuable asset to our company.

Mike Jones, Senior Field Superintendent, has been with R.H. Sinclair Construction Company since 2019. Mike has spent nearly all of his working years in construction and was in business for himself prior to coming to R.H. Sinclair Construction. His wide range of hands-on construction experience is invaluable to our company and the projects of our customers.

Robert H. Sinclair, President, has worked in the construction field for more than 50 years. He is a graduate of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee. He was employed by Combustion Engineering for six years as a construction and startup engineer on new utility power plants. The last two years with Combustion Engineering, he supervised multi-million dollar projects. He has been in business for himself since 1970 and President of R.H. Sinclair Construction Company since 1973.

Sherwin Harvey, Senior Field Superintendent, has been with R.H. Sinclair Construction Company since 1982. Over these years he has been involved in all aspects of the field construction process. He has been Lead Superintendent on numerous commercial building and renovation projects including the 86,000sf Award Winning Atrium Office Building and three 50,000sf Century Park Office Buildings. His work ethic and experience are proven by the success of our projects, success of our company, and satisfaction of our clients.
