Our company came into existence in February 2001 by the name of Daenen-Van Havermaet Employee Benefits when Bob Daenen and the Van Havermaet-Groenweghe group struck up a partnership. Continuously evolving legislation and increasing "ageing issues" are creating a major need for independent, expert advice for businesses, and is the basis of the joint venture... Simplex combines wide-ranging actuarial, social, administrative, legal, fiscal and HR know-how. By means of integrated and customized advice, Simplex want to provide the necessary knowledge and insights enabling the client to take the right decision in the area of supplementary pension provisions and additional provisions in case of illness and accident.
