Soilbuild REIT is a Singapore private trust that was previously listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST as a real estate investment trust on 16 August 2013. Mr Lim Chap Huat, the co-founder of Soilbuild Group, and an entity established by funds managed by affiliates of Blackstone Real Estate jointly privatised SB REIT on 14 April 2021.
