While originally only supplying quality vineyard wire to growers, we slowly expanded into other product lines, still concentrating solely on products used by grape growers. Customers appreciated our focus on supplying high quality, innovative, reasonably priced products, with exceptional customer service; and we really appreciated their support. From the outset, our intentions have always been to treat customers the way we would like to be treated. We quickly learned that it was a far better strategy (but not always easier), to supply quality products then to supply cheap, inferior products that ultimately neither performed well, nor lasted long enough and, in the end, simply frustrated our customers. Our customers seemed to agree... As time went on, we again expanded, this time into the world of winery equipment.
