Ashley is one of our customer service reps. You can ALWAYS hear her smile through the phone, and she consistently goes above and beyond to care for our customers. So much so that she has become the master of Google. If she doesn't have the answer, she will find it! If you don't believe me, ask her literally ANYTHING yourself!
Casey Primavera is part of a husband-wife sales duo here in San Antonio. Casey joined the Sundek team in 2013 at the corporate office in Arlington, TX, as a Customer Service Representative where she assisted Sundek installers nationwide. After excelling in her role and moving cross country for Sundek, she is happy to have landed back home in Texas, as a Sales Representative caring for the eastern territory of San Antonio.
Craig Roohan has been a Sundeker for 13 years. Getting his start in the bucket has helped him learn the trade and business, quite literally from the ground up. Craig has grown with the SOSA dealership throughout the years and has had roles in Installation, Sales and Production Management. Craig, currently is the General Manager in San Antonio. Customers often say that Craig is an amazing communicator, sets expectations for he and his team so customers always know what is or about to happen. Craig is a sports enthusiast on many levels. Craig got his competitiveness, playing baseball at a high level through high school and college. He still finds joy when he laces 'em up on the softball field. When not hard at work Craig & Brittney find time for family outings, fishing, and travel. Craig's proudest accomplishment is his son Thurston. Craig's passion for SUNDEK runs deep. SUNDEK-ers say he "bleeds orange". Craig leads his entire team with the belief that customer service is the #1 priority.

Jessica has 4 beautiful young children. She enjoys watching TV, reading, and playing board games as a family. She has years of customer service experience, it's what she enjoys.
Joseph Primavera's journey with Sundek started with his grandfather when he founded All Texas Decks and became one of the first Sundek installers in the country. 20 years later Joseph became a sales rep for ATD while his grandfather became the CEO of Sundek. Joseph has now been with the company for 7 years and has worked in Dallas, Louisville and now is the area manager for the westside of San Antonio. He is part of a husband wife team as his wife is the area manager for the eastside of San Antonio. They have a son together who they love to spend their free time with.
Landon is fortunate enough to be a third-generation SUNDEK-er and something he takes great pride in by honoring the company his grandfather founded in 1984. "I enjoy helping in the project journey from the birth of a customer's idea for what their concrete surface could be and turning that into reality". In 2015, he graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Concrete Industry Management. Being a "Snider" was handed to me, although growing up in the business Landon earned his decorative concrete knowledge from starting out on a crew and working his way up in the company and today is the Production Manager. Brainwashed by sports at a young age, he is always willing to chop it up about what's going on in the various sports leagues.
Sarah has been working with her Sundek family for about a year. She has enjoyed helping her team behind the scenes and helping all of our customers and keeping everyone up to date on all the office happening. She considers herself the dealerships ghost writer "Heard but not seen". She is also our favorite bilinguist, breaking down language barriers between our Spanish speaking team members as well as customers needing translation assistance. She enjoys spending time with her office family and sharing laughs. "Cube buddies for life". With a drawer full of hot Cheetos and cup full of big red there isn't any task too big to tackle.
Steve started right out of school, working for an architectural coatings manufacturer. After moving up the ranks in management inside the stores, he was given the opportunity as a Field Sales Representative at an early age. After a couple of years selling architectural coatings, he started in industrial coatings with lacquers, conversion varnishes, and finely floor coatings and overlayments, where he has never left!
Steve then started a business in the floor coatings industry and, after many trials and errors in the beginning, continued successfully for 15 years. He sold the business and eventually started a new adventure selling for a manufacturer of floor coatings and overlayments which was a very successful time. Ultimately, he landed in the San Antonio area and with Sundek, where he is very comfortable. "This just feels like home!" Steve grew up playing many sports; golf became the primary, and he even tried competing for a bit. He enjoys the outdoors/camping/boating/fishing/lots of fresh air!
