Dave worked on a slab leak in our Rancho Penasquitos home approx. three months ago and I'm glad we went with him. After getting four estimates he was the one we felt most comfortable with. He gave us an initial quote that was in the middle of the four estimates. When the job was finished we were charged less than the bottom range of his estimate, because he said it wasn't as bad as he thought. It ended up being the cheapest.
