He spent the next two years doing practical training with an experienced Notary Public. In 2007, Steven was commissioned as a Notary Public for the Province of British Columbia. With his work as a Notary Public, Steven recognized the need for a well trained, qualified and honest immigration consultant to assist people to bring their love ones to Canada.
