TECHNO UDYOG, a unit for Manufacturing of Medical Gases at NCR Delhi, was established by Subhash CHANDER, a Mechanical Engineering Graduate and MBA. Mr Chander is a specialist in Cryogenic Engineering and Vacuum Technology, having initially worked as a Scientist at "Low Temperature Physics Division" of TIFR (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research), Mumbai, as Head of Liquid Helium and Liquid Nitrogen Plants.
