Our products are cultivated, processed and packaged at our farm. All of our olive based produces use 100% Taggaisca cultivar olives. Our main products are 100 % extra-virgin olive oil, and olives in brine, used to produce pitted olives, and the famous Taggiasca olive spread. In recent years, with the increase in production of vegetables, we have been using traditional recipes from Ester's Nonna to create speciality Terre Taggiasche spreads and sauces. With Terre Taggiasche tomatoes, we produce sun-dried tomatoes, and pasta sauces using our olives, basil and seasonal vegetables. With Terre Taggiasche walnuts, a touch of cheese and our 100 % extra-virgin olive oil, we produce a mouth-watering walnut sauce. With Ligurian basil, our 100% extra-virgin olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano, we produce Terre Taggiasche pesto.
