Bill Fournet is the Founder and CEO of The Persimmon Group. His experience in managing high-performance teams has directly influenced the unique business philosophy and atmosphere of Persimmon. When not delivering international keynotes or advising Persimmon clients, Bill can be found backpacking challenging trails across the country with the Boy Scouts of America. Bill Fournet is the Founder and CEO of The Persimmon Group, the award-winning management consulting firm he founded in 2004. Bill loves to solve complex problems for organizations of all sizes and remains hands-on at Persimmon, consulting clients of all sizes and in many verticals. A sought-after speaker on Generational Diversity, Leadership, and Project Management, Bill believes "we are in the midst of a great transformation." From technology to generational issues, Bill analyzes workforce trends to help you understand the future of work and how to stay ahead in times of uncertainty. Bill's experience in managing high-performance teams has directly influenced the unique business philosophy and atmosphere that has created one of the leading small businesses today. Bill currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Boy Scouts of America, Indian Nations. He and his wife, Christy, reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and have three sons.

Josh Miller

Josh Miller leads Persimmon's business development efforts, from marketing to sales to everything in between. An Atlanta native, he now calls Tulsa home with his wife and two boys. There is nothing he loves more than being outdoors with his family, whether at a Lacrosse game, baseball tournament, or the lake. Josh Miller is the Vice President of Business Development for The Persimmon Group. With over 15 years of sales, advertising, and account management experience, Josh oversees The Persimmon Group's business development efforts. From marketing to sales and everything in between, he works to ensure that all needs of The Persimmon Group's customers are met. Since joining The Persimmon Group in 2006, Josh has worked launching a number of initiatives including open enrollment classes, TPG Speakers, trade show exhibits, The Persimmon Group Newsletter, a branding campaign and implementation of a new CRM system. Josh also works closely with The Persimmon Group's clients and its business development team to ensure the best possible service is provided to The Persimmon Group's customers. Prior to joining Persimmon, Josh served as a Senior Media Consultant for an independent advertising agency where he managed a portfolio of the company's largest and most prestigious clients. Josh negotiated deals with both local cable companies and nationwide affiliates generating over $3 million in sales. Josh also managed the national television advertising campaign for the launch of the independent film, Taliesin Jones. Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oral Roberts University. He currently lives in Tulsa with his wife Elizabeth and sons Colin and Ian.

Sara Gallagher - President

Sara Gallagher is the President of The Persimmon Group, responsible for strategy and operations across all practice areas. She began her career in Project Management, as a passionate advocate for leading projects "with both sides of the brain." Sara Gallagher is the President of The Persimmon Group and has served on the executive leadership team since 2018. As a practicing consultant and global speaker for The Persimmon Group since 2012, Sara has helped organizations across many industries to thoughtfully select, plan, and execute high-stakes projects and business transformations. Her approach to solving business problems is interdisciplinary, focused on "leading with both sides of the brain" on the premise that even very technical efforts require innovation, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence to execute effectively. Sara is a Project Management Institute (PMI)-certified Project Management Professional (PMPĀ®) who has delivered over 2000 hours of project management and organizational effectiveness coaching, training and speaking across the globe, including highly-attended speaking engagements at the 2015 PMI Global Congress and PMI-DC, the largest PMI chapter in the United States. Sara holds a BA from Emory University in Atlanta, GA; she also studied at the American University in Cairo and is an alumna of Leadership Tulsa, Class 54.
