Daniel is a managing director and co-city leader in the Frankfurt office of an international Corporate Finance and Advisory firm, where he is responsible for Valuation Advisory services. Daniel has more than 15 years of experience in valuations specifically in financial and tax reporting, transactions and consulting.
Prior to his current position, Daniel was a part of a Big 4's Valuation and Business Modeling practice. Since 2001, Daniel helped build up the Financial Reporting Valuation Practice in the Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Prague offices. Daniel has served a broad range of clients internationally in numerous industries including information technology, industrial production, healthcare, chemicals and financial services.
Daniel's main focus today is on advising his clients in the context of transactions, identifying and quantifying value drivers/KPIs for financial and management reporting purposes, delivering expert opinions on corporate finance issues.
Andreas has over 5 years of work experience in corporate finance working for a Valuation & Strategy advisory team of a Big 4 accounting firm and a leading strategy consulting company.
Andreas recently joined a start up trying to establish a worldwide operating, fully integrated, marketable shipping company.
Andreas holds a Ph.D in business administration.

Timo has over 7 years of work experience in the Valuation & Strategy advisory team of a Big 4 accounting firm. Timo's has gained vast experience in advising clients in the context of transactions, identifying and quantifying value drivers/KPIs for financial and management reporting purposes, delivering expert opinions on corporate finance issues. In 2011/2012, he worked in London with focus on PE clients. He is responsible for international trainings on valuation and knowledge center work with focus on German standard setter bodies (IDW/FAUB). He holds an Ph.D. in finance.
