Brian Tynan

Attorney Brian Tynan is licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut and the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut since 1987. He has successfully tried cases in Superior, Appellate and Connecticut Superior Court as well as Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut. Attorney Tynan's practice areas include Personal Injury Actions, Real Estate, Litigation, Wills, Probate, and Municipal Laws. Attorney Tynan is a member of the Waterbury Bar Association and American Bar Association, and is a graduate of Wolcott High School, The University of Connecticut and the University Of Dayton School Of Law. He is a 20 year plus active Member of the Wolcott Lions Club and has received awards and commendations for his service to the Greater Wolcott Community and from the Superior Court for his voluntary activities.

Clifford Comerford

Clifford Comerford has been a partner in the Law Firm of Tynan & Iannone since 1994. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1988. Mr. Comerford was admitted to the U.S. District Court of Connecticut in 1988.

Mark Iannone

Attorney Mark Iannone was born and raised in Waterbury, graduating from Holy Cross High School in 1975. He served in the United States Marine Corps after high school and returned home to obtain his bachelor's degree in business administration from Post University. Before attending law school, he worked in the insurance industry for The Insurance Center of Waterbury, Inc., which agency is now incorporated into The Litchfield Insurance Group, Inc. Attorney Iannone attended the University of Bridgeport/Quinnipiac School of Law, graduating in 1985 when he was admitted to the Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Iannone is engaged in the general practice of law, concentrating in the areas of real estate investment and development, probate administration, estate and business planning, elder law, Medicaid/Title XIX planning, and landlord & tenant matters. He and his firm also handle various criminal and personal injury matters. Mark's business experience and background has enabled him to comprehensively and efficiently represent the best interests of his clients. One of his objectives in the practice of law is to insure that his clients fully understand and comprehend the nature and consequences of all legal matters they encounter. As to Medicaid/Title XIX and estate planning, having clients make knowledgeable and prudent choices when faced with difficult decisions provides his clients with the satisfaction and peace of mind needed in difficult times. Outside the office, Mark has volunteered as an alpine ski coach for Waterbury Special Olympics, he has been a coach with the Watertown Youth Hockey Association for a number of years and serves on its board of directors. Mark is also a PSIA certified ski instructor for Ski Butternut in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

William F. Tynan

William F. Tynan is the senior and managing partner of the Law Firm of Tynan & Iannone in Wolcott, Connecticut. Attorney Tynan graduated from Niagara University, Cum Laude and from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He has continuously practiced law in the State of Connecticut since October 1975. Attorney Tynan engages in the general practice of law. Particular areas of practice are business law, real estate, personal injury claims, estate planning and probate. Attorney Tynan has been actively involved in Wolcott government affairs having served on the Town Council and the Board of Education and on numerous public building committees. The Law Firm of Tynan & Iannone includes three other attorneys with a wide range of expertise in diverse areas of legal practice concentration.
