TIRE PYROLYSIS

Our system for the pyrolysis of tires and other rubber-based materials are characterized in particular by its profitability. There are no previous preparations necessary, as there are during shredding or fractionating of tires. The tire pyrolysis system is modular and can be expanded indefinitely. Each unit take 1000kg tires per reactor, which are treated in a 4-6 hour process. Thus, the daily output of a reactor is 4 tons. The follow-up is also modular, so that each customer can choose in our tire pyrolysis system to what degree he wants to finish treat the recovered products.
