Drew joined Infinity in 2022 with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and the broader finance industry. Prior to joining Infinity, he helped build Great Lakes Dental Partners into a multi-state dental platform. Drew started his career at Stout, a global investment bank. He is a CFA charterholder and holds dual BS degrees in Finance & Accountancy from the University of Illinois.

Hank has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services industry, including 12 years in commercial leadership roles. Initially a research scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, he has spent most of his career in Business Development, Marketing and Account Management, with organizations such as DSM, Patheon, Metabolon and CoreRx. Hank holds a BS in Biology from Fairfield University, and graduate degrees in science and business management from Wesleyan University and the University of Hartford.

Joe has over 20 years' experience in the pharmaceutical contract testing industry. Prior to joining Infinity in 2022, Joe served as President of Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing in Columbia MO. Joe has extensive experience in laboratory, quality and project management serving pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. Joe holds a BS in Chemistry from Missouri Southern State University.

Luke has over 25 years' experience in pharmaceutical analysis and contract laboratory testing, including over 20 years in laboratory operations senior management positions. During his career, Luke isolated a novel biomarker with potential for diagnosing pre-diabetes and led the team responsible for fully characterizing that marker, leading to a patent in early 2016. He has developed super-critical fluid instrumentation and HPLC and mass spectrometry technology for analysis and purification of drug-like compounds. Luke has a B.Sc. degree in both Chemistry and Management, as well as a Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry.

Rick holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is a member of SHRM and ATD.
