E. John Pagnanelli - CEO

Mr. Pagnanelli's has over a decade of Family Law experience and was recognized as Super Lawyers 2023-2024. This recognition is for top attorneys nationwide based on research and peer input. He has consistently been named a Super Lawyer's "Rising Star" in the practice of Family Law - an honor bestowed on only two-and-a-half percent of Pennsylvania attorneys each year. Mr. Pagnanelli's practice is limited exclusively to the representation of clients in family law and divorce matters, including custody, visitation, support and alimony. Mr. Pagnanelli is an aggressive litigator and certified mediator who zealously and efficiently represents the needs of his clients. He is known for his practical but aggressive approach to resolving problems and achieving results. Mr. Pagnanelli is a seasoned trial attorney, with expertise in engaging valuation experts, forensic accountants and psychological experts when appropriate. Mr. Pagnanelli is adept at representing clients in high-asset divorces as a result of his extensive transactional background, a skill-set that differentiates him from other family law attorneys. Mr. Pagnanelli earned his law degree from Georgetown Law where he was a member of the American Criminal Law Review and published "Children as Adults, The Transfer of Juveniles to Adult Courts and the Potential Impact of Roper v. Simmons, " Winter 2007. Following his graduation from Georgetown Law, Mr. Pagnanelli practiced both complex litigation and corporate law at several major Philadelphia law firms before focusing his practice exclusively on family law. Using his extensive litigation and transactional background, Mr. Pagnanelli is proficient at litigating and negotiating divorce, custody and other family law matters, as well as facilitating the disposition of assets in equitable distribution. Mr. Pagnanelli graduated from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business. During his time at Emory, he was a co-captain of Emory's NCAA National Championship tennis team. During his free time, Mr. Pagnanelli enjoys spending time with his Wife and children, Philadelphia sports, eating out and traveling.

Erin N. Nease

Erin N. Nease, Esquire is an Associate with Testa & Pagnanelli, LLC , practicing exclusively in Family Law in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. Her practice includes divorce, custody, child support, and spousal support/alimony pendente lite, adoption and protection from abuse cases. Ms. Nease earned her undergraduate degree at the Honors Tutorial College of Ohio University in 2009, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Ms. Nease received her juris doctor from Widener University School of Law in May 2012. While in law school, Ms. Nease interned for the Delaware Department of Justice as well as worked for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and the Law Offices of Richard B. Bost in Philadelphia. Also while in law school, Ms. Nease was selected to participate in the Delaware Civil Clinic representing impoverished victims of domestic violence and clients in custody/visitation matters and was on the Board of the Women's Law Caucus at Widener University School of Law. Ms. Nease is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Philadelphia County Bar Association's Family Law Section.

Maria N. Testa has over a decade of Family Law experience and has consistently been named a Super Lawyer's "Rising Star" in the practice of Family Law - an honor bestowed on only two-and-a-half percent of Pennsylvania attorneys each year. As a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, Maria N. Testa has limited her practice to the exclusive representation of clients in family law and divorce matters, including child support, custody, visitation, spousal support, and alimony. An expert at oral argument, Maria is known for her tenacity and effectiveness in the courtroom and is well known by Judges and practitioners alike, for her practical, yet effective approach to litigating and negotiating family law matters. Maria is a certified mediator and has extensive experience in complex custody and divorce cases and is adept at utilizing experts when appropriate. Ms. Testa earned her Juris Doctorate from the Seton Hall University School of Law. As an undergraduate at the University of Rochester, she completed a minor in legal studies. Ms. Testa is strongly committed to providing pro bono legal services to the disabled and low income clients with critical legal needs. She volunteers with the Legal Clinic for the Disabled, the American Red Cross, and the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP). In appreciation of her dedicated volunteer service to VIP clients, Ms. Testa was honored as the Philadelphia VIP Volunteer of the Month for July 2011. Ms. Testa is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association including the Family Law Section and the Family Law Custody Committee. Randi Penn

After completing her degree at Delaware County Community College, Randi joined a Delaware County law firm, providing support in General Litigation and Family Law matters. After transitioning into Family Law solely, Randi held the Paralegal role at a major Philadelphia firm. With over 6 years of focused experience in Family Law in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties, Randi joined Testa and Pagnanelli in 2021. Randi is also a Pennsylvania Notary Public.

Rebecca L. Kolsky

Rebecca L. Rebecca practices law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a emphasis in the areas of Family Law and Personal Injury, In her Family Law practice, Rebecca focuses on complex issues surrounding divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, division of property, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and alimony. While in her Personal Injury practice, Rebecca concentrates primarily on car accidents and slip and falls. Rebecca is known for being a fearless and passionate advocate for her clients. As a child of divorced parents herself, Rebecca is keenly aware of the effect that a divorce or separation can have - not only on the parties themselves but on their children, as well. Rebecca attempts to minimize the impact of divorce and/or separation on her clients and their families through carefully thought out planning and strategizing, on a case-by-case basis. Rebecca has been praised by her clients for truly understanding what they and their families are going through, walking them through the process hand-in-hand, and not just treating them as a business transaction. As a parent, Rebecca understands that each child has different wants and needs and how even a minor change in a child's routine can impact each child differently. With each custody case she handles, Rebecca attempts to put herself in the children's shoes, carefully learning the ins and outs of each case and most importantly, the specific needs of each child and family. Empathizing with the child(ren) - who ironically, often get "lost in the mix" of these proceedings, allows Ms. Kolsky to prioritize and verbalize to the Court what is in the best interests of the child(ren). After completing law school, Rebecca obtained her Masters of Law Degree (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from the James Beasley Temple University School of Law - one of the top three Trial Advocacy programs in the country. In addition to her full-time employment, Rebecca has been an Emergency Protection from Abuse Hearing Master in Philadelphia since 2011.
